Interior Designers / Architects (mid & senior level) (f/m/n)

What tasks await you:

·     development of interior concepts with regard to formal and technical aspects

·     collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams: interior, communication and product design

·     development and presentation of integral interior-architectural solutions

·     preparation of project documentation as qualified drawings and plans

·     handling and 3D visualization of ambitious design projects

·     handling of approval documents, construction documents, tenders etc

What we expect from you:

·     more than 5 years professional experience inan interior architecture context, preferably with expertise of the following: shopping mall, hotel/hospitality, workspace, sales centers, residential & showflats, retail (proven track record of completed projects required)

·     high designing and technical abilities

·     open-minded, interdisciplinary thinking and self-motivation ability

·     independent, reliable, structured work approach and excellent team qualities

·     confident in all the latest software

·     excellent communication and argumentation ability, both written and spoken

·     fluent in English (Mandarin a plus)

·     enthusiasm for innovative design thinking and worldwide implementation

3D Visualizer (var. levels) (f/m/n)

What tasks await you:

·    3D visualization of ambitious interior design projects (shopping malls, hospitality, workspace, residential, retail, etc.)

·    collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams: interior, communication and product design

·     be an integral part of a young, vibrant & expanding design studio

What we expect from you:

·    more than 3 years professional experience in an interior architecture visualization context (strong modeling & rendering skills)

·    expert in all the latest 3D software (minimum: Sketchup/Enscape, advanced: 3Dmax/VRay/Corona/Rhino)

·    teamplayer to work closely with project leaders & other designers

·    fast & problem solving mentality

·    at least basic English skills

·    high designing and technical abilities

·    open-minded, interdisciplinary thinking and self-motivation ability

·    independent, reliable, structured work approach

·    enthusiasm for innovative design thinking and worldwide implementation
