在交子公园金融总部产业园的国际设计竞赛中，gmp·冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所的设计方案赢得了评委会和使用方的青睐，获得了建筑方案深化落地的委托。方案的亮点在于错落有致的建筑体组成。在与其他参与竞赛的日本设计（日本）、Gensler（美国）、Chapman Taylor（英国）、Aedas（香港）和AECOM（美国）等著名事务所的较量中，gmp的方案拔得了头筹。

In the international architectural competition for the new head office of a financial institution in Chengdu, the design by architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) impressed the jury, and gmp was commissioned with the design. The concept of a staggered building composition won against entries from prominent participants such as Nihon Sekkei (JP), Gensler (USA), Chapman Taylor (GB), Aedas (Hongkong), and AECOM (USA).

作为四川省省会，成都是一个拥有1600万人口的大都市。项目基地位于天府大道的显要位置，该大道是从南进入成都市的主要交通干线之一。这一地带在城市规划上充满了张力、发展快、建筑类型丰富，我们的任务是设计一幢从四面都可以定位，并能自信地融入城市肌理的建筑。

The Chengdu metropolis, with its 16 million inhabitants, is the capital of Sichuan Province in Southwest China. The building plot is in a prominent position at Tianfu Avenue, one of the main traffic arteries leading into the city from the south. In the urban design context of this rapidly-expanded neighborhood with its heterogeneous buildings, the architects wanted to create a design that is open to all sides and confidently integrated in the urban fabric.

新的金融总部大厦由四座建筑单体组成。它们标志着建筑场地的四角，并合围形成了一个庭院式的前广场。广场作为绿色公园向东开放。一座113米高的办公塔楼面向天府大道拔地而起。从远处看，塔楼的身姿在主要交通干线的视觉轴线上将得以呈现。

面朝东向，建筑高度沿着天府大道如阶梯般下降。所有屋顶上都规划了带有绿地和综合户外露台的屋顶花园。建筑的主入口从东一路延续至绿意盈盈的前广场，进而引入透明的大堂。大堂被设计成一个多层的通高空间，构成建筑群的中心，并以开放迎宾的姿态在城市空间里熠熠生辉。

玻璃大堂的上方是员工餐厅，餐厅前方是屋顶露台。此外，员工还可以进入宽敞的健身区，进行各种体育和休闲活动。办公层既有开放式办公空间，又有单独的办公室。建筑将按照中国国家标准的绿色建筑三星标准进行打造和认证。

继宁波银行、中国银联和亚洲基础设施投资银行之后，gmp不久前还赢得了厦门国际银行总部大厦的竞赛。随着在交子公园金融总部产业园的设计竞赛中获胜，gmp再次在中国大型金融机构的建筑竞标中取得了成功。

Winning this competition highlights gmp’s repeated success in competitions for large Chinese financial institutions; following the Bank of Ningbo, China UnionPay, and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, gmp had only recently won the competition for the Xiamen International Bank headquarters.
