Responsibilities

• Develops solutions forarchitectural technical systems and details in support of project design intent.

• 2D and 3D formats

  以二维和三维形式进行设计研究。

• Coordinates design development, production, and delivery of projects as a technical leader of the project team.

  作为项目团队的技术负责人，协调项目的设计进程、制作和呈交成果。    

• Contributes to project delivery strategies, coordinates with external consultants, and supervises production of documents.

  参与制定项目交付策略，与外部专业顾问协调，并监督成果文件的编制。

• Assists in communicating with client representatives to identify long-term and short-term objectives of the design process.

  协助与客户代表进行沟通，以确定设计进程的长期与短期目标。

• Manages junior staff, reports to Senior Architect and Technical Director regarding progress and performance of projects.

  管理团队初级设计人员，向高级建筑师和技术总监汇报项目的进度和执行情况。

Qualifications

任职资格

• Master’s degree in Architecture required.

  要求拥有建筑学硕士学位。

• Minimum 6 years of architectural work experience, preferably dealing with Construction phase drawings.

  至少6年的建筑设计工作经验。有施工阶段图纸设计经验的，将获优先考虑。

• Demonstrable skills in technical design solutions.

  具备技术设计解决方案的实质性能力。

• Registered Architect preferred.

  注册建筑师将获优先考虑。

• LEED accreditation preferred.

  拥有 LEED认证者将获优先考虑。

• Knowledge of architectural construction methodology and building systems required.

  要求具备建筑施工方法和建筑系统方面的知识。

• Proficiency in Revit required.

  要求熟练Revit绘图软件。

• Fluent in both spoken and written English required.

• Prepares and modifies architectural drawings including details in 2D and 3D as directed by others utilizing Revit software.

• Compiles data and performs elementary design computations.

Qualifications

任职资格

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, Master’s degree in Architecture preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of architectural work experience including Construction Drawings required.

• Proficiency in Revit required.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and/or Rhino preferred.
