Dalian Donggang Business District, located in the international shipping center of Northeast Asia, with abundant coastal resources, dalian Donggang Business District will be built as the world's ninth Largest Bay Area and the only "high-end business district integrating finance, business, conference, tourism, culture and leisure and entertainment in the main urban area of Dalian.

本案位于大连商务文化中心，山海资源汇聚，以东港圈层、地理位置为核心价值，享400米海岸生活。设计师提炼CIFI-7中的基因美学，将小裙摆、微笑曲线等IP融入建筑基因，在城市视角下，建筑语境创新，同时示范区后期将作为幼儿园开放使用，缤纷盒子堆叠而成，打破沉闷，营造活力街区。

The project is located in the dalian business and cultural center, where mountain and sea resources gather and enjoy donggang School District. The core value is donggang circle layer and geographical location, and the property resources on the subway are supported by coastal life. The designer refined the genetic aesthetics of CIFI-7, integrating IP such as skirt line and smile curve into architectural genes. At the same time, the demonstration area will be opened for use as a kindergarten in the later stage, with colorful boxes stacked to break the dullness and create a vibrant block.

示范区使用香槟色铝板和轻盈通透的大面积落地Low-E钢化玻璃相互辉映，删繁就简，溯本求源，材料与立面相结合，通过空间和光影的变化，将室内外环境充分交织，打造现代极简风格。

The demonstration area uses champagne-colored aluminum plate and light and transparent large-area low-E tempered glass to reflect each other, simplifying and tracing the original source. The material is combined with the facade, and the indoor and outdoor environment is fully interwoven through the change of space and light and shadow, creating a modern minimalist style.

处于现代社会浪潮里的建设者和建筑师终要回答，作为城市生活里最重要一部分的居住建筑，什么是使它能够引领社会前行的，什么又是在这个时代里需要被寻回的？设计师从旭辉CIFI-7研发中提取微笑弧度，用微笑曲线回应生活，让这座城市因微笑而更加温暖。

Builders and architects in the tide of modern society will finally answer, as the most important part of urban life, residential architecture, what makes it can lead the society forward, and what needs to be recovered in this era? Hegel believed that the art of architecture lies in the transformation of human beings into a kind of creation to express their own spirit. Designers extract smile radian from the research and development of CIFI-7, and use smile curve to respond to life, so that the city is warmer because of smile.

城市群体视角下，城市尺度层叠退让，城市凸显建筑本身城市空间标识；街区尺度增加竖向变化节点，与周边建筑体量协调处理；人行尺度上，营造富有活力的城市街道空间。以高山流水寓意，三种尺度，回应城市不同层次的空间。

On the urban scale, the overlapping retreat, the city highlights the building itself urban space identification; At block scale, vertical change nodes are added to coordinate with surrounding building volumes. On the pedestrian scale, create a vibrant urban street space. With the meaning of mountains and rivers, three scales respond to the space of different levels of the city.

蒙德里安抽象的语言让建筑师对空间类型的探索着迷。设计师对建筑世界的可塑性理念使得其将自身剥离出来，以客观的物质角度进行思考，脱离自然的外在形式，以表现抽象精神为目的，追求人与神统一的绝对境界。由金属面板，简洁的体块，大片玻璃组成的横竖错落、相互穿插的构图，是设计师在蒙德里安的艺术中寻找纯粹的存在。

Mondrian's abstract language fascinated the architect with the exploration of spatial typology. The designer's idea of the plasticity of the architectural world makes him separate himself from the objective material perspective. Art should be fundamentally divorced from the external form of nature, aiming at expressing the abstract spirit, and pursuing the absolute realm of unity between man and god. Composed of metal panels, simple blocks and large pieces of glass, the designer seeks pure existence in Mondrian's art.
