上荣科技是国内领先的化妆品包材制造商,十几年的打拼让他们站稳了国内前三的地位,为了顺利地过度到后疫情办公生活,更为了面对创迎新的10年挑战,Pronounced Design为他们打造了全新的总部办公室,为品牌的下个阶段发展带来新的面貌。在上荣丰富的品牌合作清单中,不仅有为人熟知的国际大牌,也有Fenty Beauty、Waphyto、Hary’s等新兴活跃品牌,公司持续的活力和专业个性将在新办公室中得到续写。


After more than ten years of hard work, SR Packaging, a leading manufacturer of cosmetic packaging materials, has firmly established its position as one of the top three in the industry in China. As SR prepares itself towards an uncertain post-covid time, while moving into its next decade, Pronounced Design has built a brand new headquarters office for them to bring an innovative look to the next phase of the brand's development. Among the long name list of SR’s clients, there are remarkably rising and niche brands such as Fenty Beauty, Waphyto and Hary’s on top of more established global cosmetic giants, which brings us to recreate the strong personality and professionalism in the new working space.

总部办公室位于工厂园区中,我们选用原始质感的工业材质来展示与周边环境脉络的联结——耐用的不锈钢、深色窑烧空洞砖、木饰面、黑砖等,高对比度的材料展示了厂区式总部办公室的独特基因。


Located in a factory park, the new headquarters uses raw textured industrial materials to show the connection with the surrounding environment - durable stainless steel, dark kiln-fired tiles, wood veneer, black bricks, etc. These high-contrast materials help to exude the unique DNA of the new factory-style headquarters.

一楼入口处令人眼前一亮的是公司logo旁边博物馆陈列式的展示墙。结构砖的使用是材质上的亮点,砖形自带方中带圆的视觉,象征公司核心业务中生产模具的型态,砖块本身亦可做为灵活的展架支点。


The eye-catching entrance on the first floor features a museum-style display wall along with the company logo. With a square shape and round holes, the dark structural bricks used throughout the entrance area symbolize the production molds used in the company's core business. The brick itself can also be used as a versatile display stand.

新的工位安排中削减了销售人员的固定工位,因此二楼是内部销售人员日常进出的地方,同时也是展示样品的重要窗口,利落的线条和分明的棱角让动线分布更为直观,也使得空间在高人流的使用下坚实耐用。


As the new workstation arrangement reduces the fixed desks of the hustling sales staff, the second floor provides occasional spaces for them, but it is also a welcoming gateway for clients to browse seemingly endless samples on display. The sharp lines and clear angles used throughout the space make the flow of movement more intuitive and efficient, which is apparent during conditions of high traffic.

公共社群区以茶水吧和接待宾客的区域为主,皮质沙发和隔断的温暖木材色和冷峻的空间底色形成强烈对比,既有先锋科技的一面,也有兼容并蓄的一面。


Accompanied by a refreshments bar, the community area is a relaxing space to chat and hang out, and perfect to receive guests and potential clients. The warm wood color of the leather sofas and partitions creates a strong contrast to the cool color tones used throughout the rest of the space, reflecting the brand’s pioneering yet eclectic approach.

包材样品展示区有意接近新型美妆买手店的形态,在明亮的灯膜照明下,各种化妆品包装样品陈列在不锈钢和亚克力定制的货架上,希望以这种类零售的模式促进业主和客户之间更亲近有效的沟通。


The package sample display area is intentionally reminiscent of a modern beauty store, with various cosmetic packaging samples brightly showcased on stainless steel and acrylic custom-made shelves. The retail-style display helps to create familiarity and promotes more effective communication.

应客户的需求,在全新的平面规划中提供了更多的档案规整、打样模型的储存空间。顶部照明的格栅射灯和银灰色方形地砖,与陈列架一起形成统一的几何语言,整体观感充满洁净感。


In accordance to the client's request, more storage space for file archives and proofing models is provided in the new floor plan. Top-lit grille spotlights and silver square floor tiles form a unified geometric language along with the display shelves, creating an overall look and feel of cleanliness.

办公空间以暖调橡木色包裹,提供温和沉静的理想办公氛围。每个部门重新打造了功能性完整的配套,有效提升了工作效率。除此之外,生产员工和行政员工之间有了更明确的动线分割,在特殊的疫情期间保证了两个单元之间的相对独立,减少人员交叉可能引发的连带损失。


The working area is wrapped in warm oak to provide a tranquil atmosphere ideal for concentration. Each department has been provided with full functional supporting units, improving the work efficiency. In addition, there is a clearer division in circulations between the production staff and administrative employees, which ensures the relative independence between the two units during the special epidemic period and reduces the possible collateral losses caused by personnel crossover.

后疫情时代的新办公室,既关乎物质体验上的弹性效率,又寄托情感上的安全感。在焕然一新的场所中,秩序感在无声中流动,弹性工作的日常得以重新编码和诠释,空间得以成为公司自信面对新时代的具体表达。


In the post-pandemic new office, as the sense of security flows silently and the flexible daily routine of work is reimagined, the space becomes a concrete expression of the company's self-confidence, as well as both a physical and emotional embodiment of the brand’s image .
