项目位于惠州仲恺高新区。初探项目,裹挟在密实树荫下的场地,内敛幽静,它用这样的方式直白的隔绝了不远处城区主干道的喧哗。环境自身的传递即是对“静安府”最好的诠释。

The project is located in Zhongkai High-tech Zone, H‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍uizhou. When we first visited the project, the site was wrapped in the dense shade of trees, which was restrained and quiet. In this way, it directly isolated the noise of the main road not far from the city. The transmission of the environment itself is the best interpretation of "Jing'an Palace".

除了场地环境,我们继续回归场地的属性,整个设计范围由红线外的市政公园(1800㎡)与红线内的实体展示区(4800㎡)组成,同时售楼处建筑及前后场高差又将展示区有序的分割成几个空间。
In addition to the space environment, we back to the properties of the venue, the entire design scope consisits of the municipal park(1800 ㎡) outside of the red line and the physical dispaly area(4800 ㎡) within the red line. At the same time, the building of the sales office and the height difference between the front and rear fields divide the dispaly area into several spaces in an orderly manner.

我们需要从外向与内向空间的对立关系中去寻找场地的内在联系,也需要从内场被分割的几个空间去寻找统一的空间逻辑,最终构建内向与外向的完整性。因此我们并没有对公园与展示区进行独立思考,而是将人的使用作为媒介,去寻找解题思路。

We need to find the inner connection of the site from the opposing relationship between the extroverted and introverted space, and also need to find a unified spatial logic from the several spaces that are divided into the inner field, and finally build the integrity of the introversion and extroversion. Therefore, we did not think independently about the park and the exhibition area, but used the use of people as a medium to find ideas for solving problems.

入口处的公园在茂密的树荫下无疑是深沉的,而深沉却与仲恺城市化进程的活力相背离。设计之初,甲乙方共同探访仲恺附近村落,寻找缺失的场地记忆。

The park at the entrance is undoubtedly deep under the shade of dense trees, but the deepness is contrary to the vitality of the urbanization process of Zhongkai. At the beginning of the design, Party A and Party B jointly visited the villages near Zhongkai to find the missing site memory.

印记在空间的传递
我们希望公园不仅是静安府的行径序章,更能呈现城市记忆的厚重感。公园在后续作为城市开放空间,通过公共属性将这一份记忆在附近居民的日常传递,林下的深沉是生活的静安也将是他们所习惯的日常。

We hope that the park is not only a prelude to the actions of Jing'an Palace , but also presents a sense of the city's memory.In the future, the park will be used as an urban open space, and this memory will be passed on to the daily life of nearby residents through its public attributes.

在人的生活日常之外,空间同样传递着最敏锐的直觉。我们用线性的语言组织空间,保证公园与展示区空间序列的统一。用森居的环境塑造,来给场地覆盖温润的底色,贯彻静安府的表里精神。用材料的统一与变化来诠释空间与时间的辩证统一。
In addition to people's daily life, space also conveys the most acute intuition.We organize the space with a linear language to ensure the unity of the spatial sequence of the park and the dispaly area.The environment of the forest residence is used to cover the ground with a warm and moist background, and to implement the spirit of Jing'an Palace.Use the unity and change of materials to interpret the dialectical unity of space and time.

不同于传统入口的昭示性与界面分明,我们希望这里并非是一个内外对立的边界。
在树影与墙体的映衬下,甚至有些内敛。但从某种意义来说,内敛,更能传递静安府的本源。藏与露之间是行径的探索欲望更是对后期公园公共属性的传递。

Different from the obviousness and clear interface of the traditional entrance, we hope that this is not a boundary between inside and outside.

Against the background of the tree shadow and the wall, it is even a little restrained. But in a sense, being restrained can better convey the origin of Jing'an Palace. Between hiding and revealing is the desire to explore the behavior, but also the transmission of the public attributes of the park in the later period.

▲沿壁而淌的细水是转角处的必然提示

自由的种植形态,粗犷的材料质感作为转角的过渡,去定义空间自然质朴的属性。通过空间的变化来传递时间的变化,用这种略微粗犷的斑驳来传递容易被忽视的在地情感力量。

We used the free planting form and the rough material texture as the transition of the corner to define the natural and rustic properties of the space. The change of time is conveyed through the change of space, and this slightly rough mottled is used to convey the local emotional power that is easily overlooked.

林下的口袋公园空间是进入售楼处前的序章。层次的墙体,错落的石凳,简单的元素在林下空间形成一个天然的舒缓过滤器,有效干预着进入售楼处前的情绪。不需要过多修饰,林下的静谧是自然空间最好的感染力。

The pocket park space under the forest is the prologue before entering the sales office.Layered walls, scattered stone benches, and simple elements form a natural soothing filter in the space under the forest, effectively interfering with the emotions before entering the sales office.Without too much modification, the silence under the forest is the best appeal of natural space.

售楼处建筑具有比较强的体量,在场地里占据主导的位置。在这个空间里,景观并不需要刻意的营造。更多是思考室内外的视线联动,用景观去衬托建筑,丰富视觉观感。

The sales office building has a relatively strong volume and occupies a dominant position in the site. In this space, the landscape does not need to be deliberately created. It is more about thinking about the line of sight between indoor and outdoor, using the landscape to set off the building and enriching the visual perception.

售楼处与后场有2米高差,通过墙体的围合与转折,结合植物对视线的压缩,打造了一条婉转的堑道,隐晦的解决了前后场的过渡。
在堑道的行径过程中,对景的悬瀑,台阶的转折,树影的斑驳让人并没有过渡空间的乏味,却有几分曲折尽致的韵味。堑道的尽头视线豁然开朗,呈现整个行径的终章——实体后场庭院。
There is a 2-meter height difference between the sales office and the backyard. Through the enclosure and turning of the wall, combined with the compression of the plants on the line of sight, a tactful cut road is created, which implicitly solves the transition between the front and the back. 
When we walking on the cut road,the hanging waterfall in the opposite scene, the turning of the steps, the mottled tree shadows don‘t make people feel bored.

展示区后场作为整个行径的终章,很好的传递了项目的精神内核:用大区实景展示,提前感受未来带来的生活体验。而是回归业主,回归生活,给业主构建所见即所得的生活场景。空间是给未来生活最有力量感的纽带,能让人直观感知的。

延续静安府的精神内核,我们将林泉生活作为后场实体展示的主题。林泉间的品质生活,是洗去疲尘后轻松交流的生活日常,也必然承载着我们对大区的所有期冀。
The backstage of the dispaly area, as the final chapter of the whole act, conveys the spiritual core of the project well:Using the real scene display of the region to experience the life experience brought by the future in advance.Instead, return to the owner, return to life, and build a WYSIWYG life scene for our owners. Space is the most powerful link for future life, which can be intuitively perceived by people.

Continuing the spiritual core of Jing'an Palace, we take life in the forest and spring water  as the theme of the physical display in the backstage.The quality of life in the woods and springs is a daily life for easy communicate after washing away the fatigue, and it must also carry all our expectations for the region.

写在最后  
甲方vs设计师说

“一座城市只有一座静安府”

在设计初期我们更多构想的是它的别致性与特殊属性。生活场所可以被定义,但是场景本身带给来的感受才是我们最后的落脚点。感谢四度合作的深圳山水团队,项目落地过程中也给我们带来一些思考:标准化市场下,还依然有的创新;材料本身固化,但是可以玩法创意;场地内遇到的问题,用二次深化设计的力量去解决;植物哪怕因为季节受限,用地形也可突破无限。最后用阳光和空间,换你一个宁静而温暖的午后。

静安府是深圳院与深圳旭辉合作的第四个项目,相比于之前几个项目直观的艺术与时尚感,静安府无疑是克制的。从某种意义上讲,克制更加符合项目本身的特点,这也是项目之初团队与甲方共同给项目定的基调,所以 从材料语言,空间营造,种植关系等方面我们都希望给项目呈现一个更加纯粹的状态,纯粹既是我们想塑造的 公园与展示区内外关系的平衡感,也是我们希望空间能给客户传递的最直接感受。
