So when we redesign this block, we want to mix these four themes in it.

场 地 背 景
本案为占地面积约17000平米的文旅公寓配套商业街区, 地处蔚蓝海岸早 期开发建设的主轴道路中段。前、后两段街区均连接商业和酒店配套区域, 对面衔接湿地公园和天空动物园。原方案项目建设于2016年, 受限于早 期定位与设计元素, 景观交通动线匮乏且缺乏功能型活动场所, 同时周边 湿地公园和天空动物园也存在不同的问题, 致使该片区人气低落, 成为蔚 蓝海岸中的消极因素。

T he former design of this area has finis hed i n 2016, which is lack of functional places and designed movi ng lines . T he wetland park and the S ky Zoo also have some design problems . Because of these problems, this area cannot attract tourists and become as a negative factor in SEATOPIA.

场 地 背 景
由于缺乏前期的整体规划, 湿地公园与商业街联动关系欠缺; 车行、人行动线交叉; 街区供游人活 动的功能性场所不足; 大量低矮灌木在沿街立面上形成绿化屏障, 遮挡店招, 严重限制了行人的购 物行为。
T he former design of this area has many problems . Fi rst of a ll, as a commercia l area, this p lace has not provided enough functional areas for visitors to use. Secondly, this area is lack of the connection with surroundings such as the wetland park and the Sky Zoo. Thirdly, mixed traffic use makes this area more dangerous than other areas. Finally, massive plantings along the road make visitors cannot see those stores and reduce shopping behaviors.

基于场地现状条件, 总结出景观设计重点为: 如何在狭长空间上, 营 造引人入胜的空间序列的同时拆分人车动线; 如何在街角打造一个尺 度合理、可远观可近玩的场所空间。要激发老街活性, 我们意识到不 仅要满足本地业主活动需求, 还要引进适合年轻人的元素。我们选择 以“开放式街区+若干复合型功能区组团”的形式, 为街区探寻新的 活力点。
Based on the current conditions of the s ite, the key poi nts of landscape design are summarized as fo llows: 1 . how to create an attractive spatia l sequence i n a long and narrow space and split the moving lines of people and vehicles at the same time; 2.How to create a place with reasonable scale, either remote view or play on the street corner. To stimulate the activity of o ld st reets, we realize that we s hould not only meet the activity needs of local owners, but also introduce elements suitable for young people. We c hoose the form of "open block + several complex f unctional area c l usters" to explore new v ita lity poi nts for the block . We find several ways to make this block transforms into an “open block + several complex functional area clusters” .

沿街梳理过于郁闭的下层植物空间, 加强内外空间互动借景, 拓宽视 线通道, 增强吸引力。不增删现场乔木, 来做一场释放出林下自由活 动行为潜能。
Comb the over closed lower plant space along the street, strengthen the i nteraction between i nternal and external space, borrow the scenery, b roaden the line of sig ht and enhance the attraction . Do not add or delete on-site trees to do a game to release the potential of free activity under the forest.

内部界面统一立面风格, 界定多样外摆空间提升场地附加值。 外部界面改造为沿街斜向停车, 并设置人行通道, 确保内部的 纯步行体验空间。
The internal interface unifies the facade style, defines various swing spaces, and improves the added value of the site. The external interface is transformed into oblique parking along the street, and pedest rian c hannels are set to ensure the internal pure walking experience space.

海岸小街的后期维护主要体现在苗木养护、公共设施维护、秩序管理及养 护期间观赏草的补植等方面。蔚蓝海岸属于旅游度假区, 每年6月- 10月旺 季期间游客众多, 丢弃的垃圾废物较多, 影响商业街整体形象, 确保现场 的卫生保洁至关重要。 同时确保园林设施完好无损, 环境卫生绿地清洁无 杂物, 垃圾树叶及时清运, 无破坏绿化的行为。苗木植物的养护工作及防 涝工作有序进行, 保证苗木植被的健康生长。
海岸小街总造价962万元, 通过加强场地联动、 梳理植物层级、 重塑商业界面、 构建复合型场 所四项策略表达, 实现景观、 生态、 商业的有 机融合, 使度假区商业街成为富有魅力的城市 公共空间, 并且展现出自己独特的活力。
The total cost of the costal street is about 9.62 million yuan. By strengthening the site lin kage, combing the p lant level, reshaping the business interface and building a compound p lace, the organic i ntegration of landscape, ecology and commerce is realized, so that the commercial st reet i n the resort can become a charming urban public space and show its unique vitality.
