NIO House

作为一个颠覆传统的新能源汽车品牌,蔚来开创了与用户深度互动的企业文化,蔚来中心以“车”为起点,链接起“愉悦的生活方式”,用日常化的运营共同构筑用户社区。


As a new energy vehicle brand known to disrupt the traditional auto industry, NIO has pioneered a corporate culture of in-depth interactions with car owners. NIO House is car-centered and connects people to “joyful lifestyle”. Its daily operation aims to create a shared community for users.

本项目位于大连西安路核心商圈,作为东北区域第一家独栋三层的蔚来中心,其中容纳丰富的场景和体验--除了汽车展厅之外,更是用户共享的思想交流和生活方式空间。


Located in the core business area of Xi’an Road, Dalian, this project is the first detached three-story NIO House in the Northeast China, providing a variety of scenarios and experiences – it is more like a hub for users to share thoughts and lifestyle beyond the auto showroom.

通透的立面形成友好的姿态,Inviting transparent facade



空间设计在保持蔚来品牌简约现代的调性基础上,更融合了大连的在地特色--地处辽东半岛最南端,三面环海的大连拥有丰富的海洋资源。作为我国重要的工业基地,大连的有轨电车已不单单是一种交通工具,而是城市多元文化和发展历史的载体。因此MOC在空间设计上也致敬了大连的历史文化特色。


Based on the simple and modern tonality of NIO, the design has incorporated with the local characteristics of Dalian – a city in the southernmost tip of the Liaodong Peninsula, surrounded by the ocean on three sides and rich in marine resources. Dalian is an important industrial base in China and its trams are not just a means of transportation, but a carrier of the city’s diverse culture and development history. So MOC pays tribute to the historical and cultural features of Dalian in the design of the project.

极简科技美学的汽车展厅

主入口看向展厅室内,水磨石构成的cube置于空间中部。
Looking into the showroom and the centered terrazzo “cube” from the entrance.


MOC在空间中部搭建了一条垂直电梯连通三层楼,每一层楼都有独特的定义。首层定义为汽车展厅的Gallery,MOC保持了蔚来“纯粹”、“精致”、“科技感”的品牌调性,运用米白色的水磨石与不锈钢互相映衬,呈现极致科技美学。


MOC has set up an elevator in the center to connect three floors, each of which is given a unique definition. The first floor is the Auto Gallery where MOC maintains and outlines the brand tonality of NIO – absolute, exquisite and high-tech. The space is accented with besiege terrazzo and stainless steel to deliver the ultimate aesthetics of technology.

品牌标志以阴刻工艺低调的隐藏于水磨石墙面,让车成为空间的主角。
The brand logo is subtly engraved on the terrazzo wall and cars are the protagonists.



水磨石的体块位于空间中部,汽车展示和洽谈等功能围绕其展开。而水磨石体块的中间,一条垂直电梯隐藏其中。


The terrazzo cube takes the center stage of the Gallery, from where functions like showcase and communication radiates. The terrazzo cube, in fact, houses and hides the elevator.

米白色的水磨石、墙角位置的弧形处理,使空间在凸显科技感的同时又充满包容性,通过细节的处理突显蔚来对于品质的严格要求。

The beige terrazzo and curve wall corners wrap around the room to highlight the technology and make it more friendly and pleasant. These details manifests NIO’s strict requirements for quality.

蔚来中心不仅是一个品牌商业运营的场所,更是一个用户之间分享交流和休闲放松的地方--二层定义为思想交流和碰撞的用户共享空间,三层则是体现蔚来所倡导的生活方式的城市客厅。

NIO House is not only a venue for the commercial business, but also a spot for car owners to share and relax – the second floor is defined as a sharing space for users to exchange ideas and thoughts, while the third floor is an urban living room that reflects the lifestyle advocated by NIO.

在白色的主基调下,二层兼具舒适感与包容性。遵循蔚来的用户运营理念,MOC在空间中规划了独立的会议室和休闲房间。


In the white tone, the second floor is comfortable and welcoming. Following NIO’s operation philosophy, MOC introduces separate meeting rooms and leisure rooms.

回应大连的海洋文化特色,同时与空间极简调性一脉相承,MOC为空间定制了海洋主题的艺术品--以海底的多层次色彩定制的亚克力背印画面,呈现出通透且富有层次的色彩变化。


Responding to Dalian’s maritime culture and extending the minimalist tonality of the brand, MOC has customized the marine-themed artwork for the space – a back-printed acrylic with shades of oceanic color, presenting a translucent and layered color variation.

独立会客间场景, A scenario of chamber


除此之外其余的空间通过设置合理、灵动的活动家具,使空间使用场景可以满足不同运营需求进行模式的转化,通过设计打破人与人之间的边界隔阂,形成一个友好的共享社区氛围。


Beyond that, the rest of the space may transform to accommodate the needs for different operations in different user scenarios by redesigning and recombining the flexible furniture. Such design breaks the social barrier between people and shapes up a friendly atmosphere for the shared community.

三层围绕着NIO Café分布着Living Room、Joy Camp和 Library等多种复合功能,构筑出丰富的空间场景,为用户营造超越期待的愉悦体验。


On the third floor, NIO Café is surrounded by a variety of composite functions, including Living Room, Joy Camp and Library. It creates a rich variety of scenarios in the space and brings a joyful and experience for users that exceeds their expectation.

大连的有轨电车始建成于1909年,一百多年来,有轨电车始终与大连这座城市相依相伴,对大连人来说,有轨电车已不单单是一种交通工具,而是城市多元文化和发展历史的载体。


Trams in Dalian were built in 1909. For over 100 years, trams have been accompanying the city of Dalian. For people in Dalian, it is not only a means of transportation, but also a carrier of the city’s diverse culture and development history.

在Library区域,MOC以大连“有轨电车”的印象为切入点,结合建筑弧形的墙体设置了轨道装置,回应大连的城市特色。


In the library, MOC brings in the impression of Dalian trams. A rail is set up along the curve of the ceiling as an art installation to evoke people’s memory of the urban feature in Dalian.

Joy Camp则以足球为主题,以不同层次的绿色回应大连的足球文化。


On the other hand, Joy Camp associates people with the football culture in Dalian, where foot is the theme and decorated with different shades of green.
