三井不动产聘请了杰克逊·蒂斯（Jackson Teece），为其工业园区内的一个新的综合用途设施建筑提供概念性的立面设计。

Jackson Teece was engaged by Mitsui Fudosan to provide the concept facade design for a new mixed-use facility within their industrial park development.

该项目紧邻首都高速公路，羽田机场和东京港。 从高速公路和铁路线可以看到邻近羽田机场的显著拐角处。 外墙的想法是用编织的“侧翼板”覆盖巨大的方形工业楼体，从而减轻建筑物的整体厚重感。 面板不断变化的阴影营造出独特的外观，氟涂的橙色面会在当您从高速公路驶过建筑物时显现出来，更加增添了整个建筑的灵动感。

The project is in close proximity to the Shuto Expressway, Haneda Airport, and the Port of Tokyo. The prominent corner site adjacent to Haneda Airport is visible from the freeway and railway line. The idea for the facade was to cover the large industrial box with woven ‘wing panels’ softening the building’s overall mass. The ever changing shadow cast by the panels creates a unique façade, together with glimpses of fluorine painted orange that are revealed as you travel past the building from the expressway.
