位于上海市长宁区天山路(近遵义路)，天山广场成为了虹桥CBD核心区的城市新名片。将传统上海花园色彩及肌理与虹桥区的现代化物质形态融为一体，在这个交通高度发达的城区形成一片现代化绿洲。项目规模10.2万方，融合了超甲级办公，共享办公，凯悦嘉轩酒店，户外广场及音乐厅。项目目前已获得了LEED金奖预认证。

Situated in Tianshan Road(adjacent Zunyi Road), Changning District, Shanghai, SOHO Tianshan project has became a new city icon of Hongqiao CBD core zone. Merging the colors and textures of traditional Shanghai gardens with the modern materiality and form of the city’s Hongqiao district, Tianshan Plaza is a contemporary oasis within the highly trafficked urban region. With 102,000 sm total GFA , it incorporates Class A office, shared office space, Hyatt Place hotel, outdoor plaza and a concert hall. The project is currently pre-certified for the LEED Gold Award.

面对基地周遭新旧建筑，各种尺度混杂的肌理，KPF采用精炼的线条以及错落有致的矩形体块堆叠，精心营造出一种秩序感，在周边一众建筑中，突出却并不显得突兀，打破地标外形需“奇特”的固有印象。

Encountering the hybrid texture of new and old buildings with different scales, KPF used refined lines and orthogonal massing staggered stacking on each other, establishing a strong sense of order. While be prominent but not abrupt in the surrounding, it broke the stereotype of "landmark need to be peculiar". 

项目体量设计受到了日照分析的影响，垂直体量布置限制在了基地南部。

The massing of the development is informed by solar analysis that limits verticality to only the southern portion of the site. 

就习惯做法而言，此类规模的综合建筑通常在位于商业裙楼上方的单体塔楼内竖向布置各种业态。不过，天山广场更宽、更低的设计打破这种模式。

Traditionally, mixed-use buildings at this scale stack programming within a single tower above a retail podium, but the wider, lower design of Tianshan disrupts this model. 

该综合体的两栋主塔楼相处于对角线位置，因此两栋高楼之间的景观不会相互冲突，为使用者带来更加开阔的视野。

The tallest office tower is situated diagonally across from the other high one so the view between the two buildings do not conflict with each other and will provide all occupants a more open feeling. 

外立面设计横向及竖向皆设置低反射玻璃及铝板，阻断成片玻璃反射，实现明亮地恰到好处的柔和漫反射，同时不侵扰周围居民楼。

The façade design imported low-reflection glass and aluminum panels in both horizontal and vertical directions, those materials prevent extensive glass high reflection. It consequently achieved a bright but moderate diffuse reflection without disturbing the surrounding residential buildings.

在统一的设计语言下变换不同尺度的格栅设计，微妙地体现内部相关业态的分区。

Transforming different scales of grid fabrication in a holistic design language, the facade subtly reflect the related program within.

地上地下内部交通有机链接，打造高度连通综合建筑群。

Space is organically connected up and down, in and out, that offers an attractive, versatile spaces.

SOHO业主和KPF对品质的高要求在项目上达到高度统一，室内公共区域运用纯天然大理石材料，墙面采用中国汉白玉，地面采用土耳其斑马石， 天然石材不可避免的会出现色差和纹理变化问题，为了达到整体统一协调，在SOHO业主的大力支持下，经过长时间的材料逐个挑选和拼接，最终呈现出的品质令人惊叹。

The high quality requirements of SOHO and KPF are highly unified in the project. The interior public spaces use pure natural marble materials, Chinese white marble for the wall, Turkish zebra stone for the ground. Natural stones inevitably have color and texture variation. KPF, accompanying with strong support from SOHO,  spent much effort on material selection and splicing piece by piece. The great endeavor culminated with a stunning expression.

充满现代感的旋转楼梯/Modern spiral staircase

在整个开发项目内布置景观元素，营造一系列私密及公共绿色空间。塔楼与裙楼围合而成一个户外广场，成为紧邻地面层音乐厅一个柔性空间，不仅延伸演艺空间，而且可直通活动剧场，欢迎更多的人们前往欣赏。

Integrated landscape elements throughout the project provide a range of green spaces from private to communal. Towers and podium encompass an outdoor plaza, a flexible space adjoining the ground level concert hall expands the performance space and can be opened directly to the theatre for events welcoming the greater public. 

顶楼的屋顶花园，提供除中央庭院及低区花园外的室外场所，从这里俯瞰，虹桥CBD景色尽入眼帘。

Terraces on the top of the tower offer another access to outdoor space, beside the central courtyard and lower gardens. People can get the best view of Hongqiao CBD from this point.
