挑战 | CHALLENGE:


设计一个形成与景观深度融合的多功能创意公园的项目。该建筑工地的地形自然激发了我们要创建一个灵活,适应性强的格局,而且要完美契合云南的自然环境,考虑建筑多功能性的同时必须以人为本。


Designing a project that forms a multifunctional creative park deeply integrated with the landscape.  The topography of the site naturally inspires us to create a flexible and adaptable layout that perfectly compliments Yunnan’s natural environment, keeping versatility and customer experience in mind.

解决方案 | SOLUTION:

为了保证对自然资源的影响最小,我们使用相互连接的轴线来布置公园。BIM技术的使用最大限度地提高了我们提供完善的结构完整性、自然凝聚力和整体可用性的能力。酒吧类型风格限制了挖掘的必要,而是使用了相互重叠的酒吧状,从而创造了美观的多角立面之间的无缝对接。为了创造一个绿色空间和露台,我们改变了相互连接的轴线的宽度和高度,这样人们可以更容易地享受周围的自然环境。


To guarantee a minimum impact on the natural resources, we arranged the park using interconnected axes.  The use of BIM technology maximized our ability to provide sound structural integrity, natural cohesion and overall usability.  The bar typology style limits the excavation necessary and employs bar-like buildings overlapping each other, creating aesthetically pleasing multi-angled facades and connectors.  We created the width and height of the interconnected axes to create green spaces and patios where people can more easily enjoy the surrounding nature.

特殊功能 | SPECIAL FEATURE:

建筑的类型强调了轴线的动态性以及项目的多功能性。我们设计的公园将不同的功能区,如办公室、餐厅和展览空间结合在一起,成为一个生态友好的环境。每个区域的材料都是由我们的团队精心挑选的,以支持太阳能系统和雨水循环利用,尽可能地保护自然资源。此外,建筑根据朝向设计了不同的立面类型,以创建连续的阳光来源和自然通风系统。

The typology of the building emphasizes the dynamics of the axes as well as the versatility of the project. We designed the park to hold together different functional areas such as offices, restaurants and exhibition spaces, and to be an eco-friendly environment. The materials for each area were carefully selected by our team to support the solar energy system as well as recycling rainwater to conserve natural resources wherever possible. Moreover, the buildings were designed with different facade typologies, depending on the orientation, to create a continuous source of sunlight and a natural ventilation system.
