The existing building is 56 meters in length and 11 meters in depth with low floor-to-floor height for second and third floors.  Open office, meeting rooms and break areas are planned on the second and third levels.  The “Tornado” installation connects the floor, ceiling and copy room walls and rolls throughout the length of the building, creating a substantial visual effect and sense of being.

An open space for brainstorming is planned in the central parts of the second and third floors, connected to the conference room with flexible partitions. All furniture and equipment are designed with reconfigurable units. The perforated metal panels, fabrics and other martials and accessories are all colored in royal blue and red that match the same industry gene, presenting a sense of technology and art in the white background.

The ground floor space is fully open, incorporating large shared facilities including the reception hall, roadshow center and coffee office. The reception hall is backed by the central staircase and a small lecture place is created by using the height difference between the main staircase and the reception hall.

The roadshow center, with its wooden step seating and cushions in red, blue and gray colors, forms a multi-functional gathering hall, which also serves as a place for leisure and communication on a daily basis.

With the straightforward concept and striking forms, the interior design of X+ space breaks through the traditional office imagery, presenting how design empowers an emerging industry.
