赫希贝德纳联合设计公司（HBA）新加坡事务所日前完成了位于中国武汉严西湖畔的泰康楚园养老社区会所的设计。HBA凭借其国际影响力、丰富的经验和对室内设计行业的深厚理解，为进军中国养老与保健设计领域画下了浓墨重彩的一笔。

Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) Singapore office has recently completed the design of Taikang Community Chuyuan Garden Clubhouse, located off the shore of Yanxi Lake in Wuhan, China. Leveraging its international presence, depth of experience, and extensive knowledge of the interior design industry, HBA expands and deepens its footprint in senior living and healthcare design in China.

HBA新加坡事务所精心设计的泰康楚园养老社区会所是泰康楚园的中心休闲设施。泰康楚园是一个集医疗、保健、颐养为一体的养老社区，为居民提供常见病诊疗服务，并与国内诸多三甲医院合作，实现双向转诊、绿色通道、远程医疗、专家会诊等服务。为倡导健康、平衡的生活方式，泰康楚园提供了各种与老年护理相关的设施。这些舒适的设施适用于各个年龄段的宾客，传达了一种积极的人生理念，即无论年龄多大，我们也能拥有年轻的心态。受中国传统园林的启发，每个空间都对应特定的园林元素，这些元素象征着老年生活的方方面面：庭（中转枢纽）、廊（交流）、亭（参与）、台（沉思）、榭（家）和斋（知识）。

Thoughtfully designed by HBA Singapore, Taikang Community Chuyuan Garden Clubhouse is a central leisure facility of Taikang Chuyuan. Being a luxury senior living community, it offers high-end medical, health care, disease diagnosis, and treatments services, and it also partners with 3A hospitals in China to set up dual-referral system, green channel, telemedicine service, expert consultation, and more. To promote healthy and balanced lifestyle, Taikang Chuyuan provides all types of amenities associated with elderly care, yet comfortable and approachable to all generations, expressing the philosophy that we are all essentially young at heart, no matter the age. Inspired by the traditional Chinese Garden, each space is defined by a particular garden element that is symbolic of an important facet of senior live: Garden (Retreat), Bridge (Engagement), Pavilion (Community), Platform (Contemplation), Nest (Home), and Scholar’s Pavilion (Knowledge).

顾名思义，四季花厅是一个设计精美的大厅，体现了中国传统园林的主要元素。大厅的休息区有着宽阔的天窗，铺着灰色的石砖地板，摆放着色彩鲜艳的藤条座椅和茂密的绿色植物，如同一个社区中央公园，将整个社区连结在一起。HBA新加坡事务处合伙人兼该项目团队负责人Paula O'Callaghan指出：“该空间旨在成为住户客房的延伸，在这里，人们可以在一个愉快的、公园般的环境中与朋友和家人见面”。四季花厅还提供各种高端休闲设施，包括麻将室、咖啡厅和儿童房，以满足各代人的需求。

As its name suggests, Four Seasons Garden is a beautifully designed lobby that embodies the key elements of a traditional Chinese garden. The accompanied lounge, with its expansive skylight above, grey stone tile floor, cheerfully colored rattan seating, and lushly planted greeneries, recall the ambiance of a central, neighborhood park that glues a community together. “This space is intended to be an extension of the resident’s home, where one can meet with friends and family within a cheerful, park-like environment” notes Paula O’Callaghan, HBA Singapore partner and team leader of this project. Four Seasons Garden also offers a great variety of premium amenities, including mahjong room, blossom café, and kids room, accommodating the needs for all generations.

自助餐厅如同一个被各式鲜花环绕的中式亭子，为住户带来了从味蕾到视觉的双重享受。餐厅是明亮的开放空间，采用暖灰色的木饰面，搭配精美樱花刺绣的夹纱艺术玻璃。优雅的木格栅和柔软的织物互相结合，传递着亭台轩榭的中式园林之美，厨房的设计让餐厅更具生活气息和互动体验感。

Envisioned as a Chinese Pavilion swathed in a cheerful blanket of blossoms, the Buffet Restaurant offers a unique aesthetic appeal to the refined dining experience. The dining areas are bright, open spaces in warm grey blonde wood, accented with fabric glass delicately embroidered with cherry blossoms. Elegant slats and soft fabric shades convey a pavilion-like ambiance while an exhibition kitchen element creates a sense of liveliness.

多功能厅 | Multi-function Room

阁楼式的多功能厅体现了廊的概念，是连接、组织和参与的枢纽场所。它提供了一个供人们聚集、庆祝以及享受惬意的空间。一个开放的两层高空间和仿木材质的坡面屋顶，让人想起传统的桥梁结构。黄绿色的地毯与天花板互相呼应，在空间中营造了一种凝聚和谐的气氛。

The multi-function room embodies the concept of bridge, a symbol for connectivity, central activity, and engagement. In a loft-like style, the multi-functional room offers a platform for people to congregate, celebrate, and simply enjoy the sense of community. The tall, double volume space is articulated with a wood-clad, pitched ceiling which recalls the structure of a traditional bridge. The Shaw carpet in chartreuse green evokes the ceiling above, creating a sense of harmony and cohesion in the space. 

游泳池 | Swimming Pool

水疗馆远离喧嚣，创造了一个平和宁静的空间，让人恢复活力。水疗馆拥有现代极简的内饰，采用温暖的浅木饰面和背光竹玻璃。在游泳池内，色彩缤纷的玻璃马赛克营造了一种特色风格的海洋风景。阶梯状的板条内饰和透明的玻璃门窗将美丽的严西湖纳入眼底，形成一幅美丽的画面。自然光透过屋顶的天窗照射下来，让泳池散发着静谧的氛围。

Away from the hustle and bustle, the renewal spa creates a calm and tranquil space for rejuvenation. The renewal spa has modern and minimalist interiors, featuring warm light wood and backlit bamboo glass. The pool, on the other hand, is filled with delightful design details. Within the pool, a dramatic sea scape featuring stylistic aquatic forms are displayed in colorful mosaics. Slatted, light timber detailing and a wrap of clear glass fenestration frame the beautiful Yanxi Lake. Above, natural light shines down through an offset skylit, leading an ethereal ambiance to the interior.

位于二楼的餐厅为这里的住户提供了一个明亮而温馨的空间，供他们聚集在一起轻松享受美食。室内设计的灵感来源于身在舒适穴中的喜鹊。巧妙的组合板条屏风，蛋形的接待台以及和鸟巢般的装饰灯隐喻着“巢”的元素。整个空间采用金色木板和奶白色，辅以天蓝色为点缀，无疑让人联想到喜鹊的蓝色翅膀。

Nestled on the second floor, the A La Carte provides a bright and warmly inviting space for residents to gather for a casual meal. The concept of magpies within a protective, cozy nest is reflected in the interior design. An artful blend of slatted screens, an egg-like reception desk, and nest-like lighting alludes to the elements of a bird’s nest. The overall space features a blonde wood and cream color scheme, with azure blue accent reminiscent of the blue-winged magpie.

教室 | Classroom

书斋包括教室、阅览室和艺术工作室，是一个汲取知识和文化的场所。教室以优美的现代室内设计为主，结合古代儒生家中书斋所包含的各类传统元素，体现了现代与传统的和谐交融。明亮的橙色为教室注入了欢快活泼的基调，让人产生愉快的心情，从而专注于阅览。

The Scholar’s Pavilion, containing classrooms, a reading room, and an art studio, is a place for intellectual and cultural pursuits. With beautifully accentuated modern interior design, combined with traditional elements derived from Confucius scholar’s home, the classroom showcases a harmonious blend of modern and traditional style. The bright orange accents instill a cheerful and lively tone to the space, uplifting the residents’ mood for focused study.
