在设计过程中，我们总会强调保护最大限度保护周边的自然环境，尽可能与建筑相融合。基地三面环山，绿化植被及其丰富，形成山脉-建筑基地-自然植被-金刺梨种植-安顺传统村落层层递进的空间层次关系。更有趣的是，当地村民近百年一直在使用附近的山洞作为生产，加工，储藏果酒的天然车间。

因此，我们相信极其简单的建筑体量可以更好的融入自然环境，并希望通过使用当地原生建筑材料完成文脉的传承，过渡和升华，将工业化生产，建设对当地传统生态的影响程度降低到最小。

We always put emphasis on preserving the natural environment around the site, and incorporating it in our design as much as possible. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, the site is rich in green vegetation, forming a progressive spatial hierarchical relationship between mountains, site, natural vegetation, pear planting area and traditional villages. What’s really interesting is that the local villagers have been using the nearby cave as a natural workshop for producing, processing and storing fruit wine for centuries.

Therefore, we decided to design a simple building volume which can be better integrated into the large natural environment. At the same time, we hope to complete the inheritance, transition and sublimation of the cultural context from the past to the present to the future by using local unique materials, and to reduce the impact of construction on the local traditional ecology to minimum.

解决方案 | SOLUTION:

最大的挑战是创造一个对当地社区有影响力的设计。因此，我们不仅仅关注于纯粹的建筑设计，更注重在项目中引入多样化的功能。通过增加其他业态和功能，丰富建筑内部的活动，在满足生产需求的同时，扩大产品的市场影响力和社会认知度。把单纯的果酒生产工厂变成可以参观、体验、学习酿酒技术，进行家庭、亲子出游，亲近自然的功能复合性建筑。

最终目的是增加了单一产品经济附加值，带动了当地生态农村建设和乡村旅游。

Our main challenge was creating a design that will influence the local community. We not only focused on the building itself, but we also put much emphasis on introducing interesting program to the site. We aimed at helping the locals expand the market and increase the general awareness of their product through. Therefore, we introduced other business types and attractive activities within the function-enriched building, while meeting production needs. 

We were able to create a family friendly environment where visitors can understand the winemaking process and learn winemaking skills. At the same time, we designed a building in harmony with surrounding nature. 

Ultimately, through our multi-functional, attractive design, we were able to add more value to products, and promote local ecological tourism.

特色 | SPECIAL FEATURE:

从某种意义上来讲，安顺金刺梨果酒厂对当地社区有重大的经济和社会价值。一方面，作为一个葡萄酒生产基地，建筑需要有功能性（经济价值）。另一方面，酒厂应该是当地特有文化的载体（社会价值）。在实现了建筑功能布局合理化后，我们引入了“公共观光循环流线”的概念，将观光游客引入建筑，在不影响日常生产功能的同时，跟随导览路线参观整个生产过程。我们对于观光廊桥的设计充分利用了生产厂房既有的高度要求，将游客导向设有自然采光的轻型观光廊桥夹层，以从上至下俯瞰车间内部。突出屋面的观景平台作为“公共观光循环流线”的结束点，可以眺望周边环绕的山体和远处的梨树林，建成后成为当地梨花盛开时的重要观赏位置。面向自然景观的大面积玻璃幕墙，将周边景色作为天然背景，呈现在酿造车间内。通过借景的手法将自然引入室内，同时也可在厂房内欣赏到作为生产原料的金刺梨果园的景色。双层幕墙设计可以弱化单一建筑材料对自然环境的影响,浅色的梨木和深色的石板能较好的融入山体背景。

建筑设计作为重要的社会经济行为，不应该仅仅局限于解决建筑基本的功能问题，还应该对深层次的社会问题做出反应和质疑。在安顺金刺梨果酒厂项目设计上，PWD做出了一次有意义的尝试。
