法国AS建筑工作室设计的南京雨花吾悦广场项目已于2020年11月27日盛大开业。

Nanjing Yuhua Wuyue Plaza, designed by Architecturestudio, has been opened on November 27, 2020.

项目地处南京市雨花台区，南邻板桥大道，周边教育、医疗配套齐全，生活氛围浓厚，交通便捷，但尚未有商业配套设施，因此是周边5-10公里内最具商业综合体潜质的地块。

The project is located in Yuhuatai District, adjacent to Banqiao Avenue in the south. The surrounding education and medical facilities are complete, with stong living atmosphere and convenient transportation. However, there is no commercial supporting facilitie so that it is the most potential plot for the commercial complex within 5-10km.

工作室充分考虑基地周边资源和环境因素，在总体布局，立面形式、景观设计等诸多方面体现出对城市环境的尊重和关注，并通过合理的布局策略和独特的语旨逻辑，使这一区块积极地融入城市整体氛围中，成为城市形态的一个有机组成部分。

The studio fully considers the resources and environmental factors around the base, and shows respect and concern for the urban environment in the overall layout, facade form, landscape design. Through reasonable layout strategy and unique form, make this block actively integrated into the overall atmosphere of the city and become an organic part of the urban form.

一个完整的系统：项目将商业、居住和配套功能融合在一起，形成一个完善的综合体生态系统，带来质感丰富的各类空间，空间的层次和性格供使用者自由感知。

A complete system: the project integrates commercial, residential and supporting functions to form a perfect complex ecosystem, bringing various kinds of space with rich texture, and spatial level and personality provide users with free perception.

项目商业部分的沿城市界面力求规则整齐，形成良好的城市形象和温馨的购物空间，并为附近市民提供宽阔舒适的公共空间。公寓部分则以高层为主，力求最大化小区内公共交流活动空间，提升社区整体品质。

在满足功能要求并保证建筑使用面积的基础上，设计对一些构件、框架、梁板等附加构造进行处理，结合色彩和灯光的运用，丰富了建筑体量。同时对窗套、线脚、立柱等建筑细部构件也进行了仔细推敲，局部设计丰富多样，耐人寻味，最终呈现整体风格显著，形象大气。

Based on meeting the functional requirements and ensuring the utilization area of the building, some additional structural treatments such as components, frames, beams and slabs are used, combined with the use of color and lighting, which enriches the building volume. Meanwhile, detailed components such as window sleeves, line feet, columns are also carefully considered. Finally, the overall atmosphere, obvious style, rich local design and thought-provoking are achieved.

The setting of external balconies fully considers the facade modeling and outdoor landscape, the window form is conducive to the sight penetration of outdoor landscape, so as to improve the quality of project business space.

工作室充分发挥简洁、现代的设计理念，结合生态、节能等高新技术，注重功能布局的合理性、内外环境互相融合，打造一处多样的、立体的、复合的城市入口空间，一座集生活、娱乐、文化于一体的邻里中心，一个新兴的、充满魅力的24小时城市地标。

The studio makes full use of simple and modern design concept, combines ecological, energy-saving and other high-tech technologies, pays attention to functional layout and internal and external environment, and creates a diversified, three-dimensional and composite urban entrance space, a neighborhood center integrating life, entertainment and culture, and an emerging and charming 24-hour city landmark.
