悦榕庄酒店大堂

这座“豪华游乐场”坐落于马尼拉以北100公里的新克拉克城内，是Hann Resorts的愿景所在，汇集了一系列壮观的豪华住宅、酒店和度假村、三个18洞高尔夫球场、会所与后续将建造的赌场、多功能商业中心、高档别墅和公寓以及一座占地10公顷的公园。占地420公顷的综合项目由WATG新加坡景观建筑工作室担纲设计，旨在打造出富有生物多样性的空间，以需水较少的原生植物为主体，并践行当地的农业传统。WATG将这一设计原则完美融于建筑设计与Wimberly Interiors的室内设计中，项目中的两家酒店——以养生为主导的悦榕庄酒店（Banyan Tree）以及备受家庭喜爱的悦椿酒店（Angsana），也都由WATG操刀设计。

Located 100km north of Manila in New Clark City, this 'luxury playground' is the vision of Hann Resorts – incorporating an impressive array of luxury accommodations, hotels and resorts, three 18-hole golf courses, clubhouses and, later, a casino, a mixed-use commercial center, premium villas and residences, and a 10-hectare public park. With all 420-ha of the site designed by WATG Singapore's Landscape Architecture studio, the overall objective of the scheme was to cultivate a biodiverse space that heroes indigenous plants for long-term low water demand and celebrates local agricultural practices. Seamlessly integrating this approach with Architecture and interior design by Wimberly Interiors, two of the site’s luxury hospitality offerings, the wellness-orientated Banyan Tree, and the family favorite Angsana, were also designed by WATG.

THE STATISTICS

This multi-faceted, mixed-use “luxury playground” is the vision of Hann Resorts and will form part of New Clark City, an ambitious secondary city to be located 100km north of Manila.

2/ 几年前这里经历了一次火山喷发，拥有一系列陡峭的天然山脊、火山口、水坝，一座火山喷发后形成的先锋物种森林与数个小型果园。

The site of a volcanic eruption some years ago, it features a series of steep, natural ridges, craters, dams, a forest of post-eruption pioneering species and smaller orchards.

3/ WATG为56间房的悦榕庄酒店和200间房的悦椿酒店、高尔夫球俱乐部以及其他相关建筑提供了综合服务：包括建筑设计、景观设计以及由Wimberly Interiors担纲的室内设计。

For its 56-key Banyan Tree and 200-key Angsana hotels, and golf course clubhouse and related buildings, WATG provided integrated services including architecture, landscape architecture and interiors by Wimberly Interiors.

4/ 再生的理念应用于项目设计中，充分利用当地既有植被和植物种群以减少对环境的影响，并尽可能地保护自然景观，发展当地生物的多样性与候鸟栖息地。

A regenerative approach has been deployed, with existing vegetation and plant stock used throughout to reduce impact and preserve as much of the landscape as possible, enhancing the site’s biodiversity and migratory bird habitats.

5/ 该项目中规划了水资源管理策略来降低对物业用水的需求，并以高度可持续的方式简化排水系统的供水功能，同时，尽可能地与所在地的水库建立连接。

A water management strategy has been developed to reduce the requirements of the properties and facilitate drainage-fed water features in a highly sustainable way, connecting with the site’s water reservoirs where possible.

6/ 建筑设计的首要原则是最小化对环境的影响，建筑的布局及与所在地的关系以保护环境为主调，强调自然，促进空气流通，并为宾客们打造沉浸式的体验。

Architecture was designed to minimize impact on the site, with the footprint of the buildings and their relation to the site concentrated to preserve the setting, emphasize nature, facilitate open-air ventilation, and create an immersive experience for the guests.

7/ 为确保高效运营，两家酒店通过地下通道相连接，并共享后场空间，尽可能减少对住客空间的影响。

Ensuring the highest possible operational efficiency, the two hotels are connected via an underground tunnel to share back-of-house space and minimise intrusion into guest spaces.

悦榕庄位于火山喷发后形成的先锋物种森林中，将数个小型果园纳入其中，特殊的地形条件为建筑设计增设挑战的同时，也为创造私密、沉浸与独特的体验带来了机会。

Set amidst a forest of post-eruption pioneering species, and smaller orchards within, the topography of the site posed many challenges, and great opportunities for privacy, immersion and unique experiences.

Creating a visual relationship between the architecture and landscape, gestures to the sun and its geometry are used throughout, floating amongst the treetops and co-existing harmoniously alongside a series of bridges that create a sense of connectedness from one valley to the next. Architecturally, the language is continued throughout the resort, with a light, natural approach that seeks to blend in rather than stand out, while encouraging guests to immerse themselves within this unique, wellness experience.

For its interior design, three key elements – the destination’s traditions, history and spectacular landscape – provide inspiration: Rituals that entice your senses are reflected in flowing and dynamic forms; the Tribe speaks to the past, experienced through modern, eclectic design elements; and Tropical Rejuvenation, which integrates the natural textures and forms.
