对话城市

City dialogue

借山水于城市，是中国人永远的居住情怀，一处醉于山边，隐于林间，便于城畔的居所。更如离城而筑的隐居乐土。虽在都市之内、却抛喧嚣于旁、驻于此乐于心。

司礼 | 山河畔未来城

青岛崂山西骊、于城之北，紧邻崂山水库，东望层山叠岭，奇峰云海间承载着这座城市对于山屿、海川的依恋。项目面南背北，北有白沙河川流而过。自此，立于场地之中，眼可见山之巍峨、云之曲转、基于城市的发展与变化，转化为一处城域之内、河川之旁，山峦之下的怡居之所，而成在山水文脉中寻礼寻臻之势。

思考策略

Concept deduction

既然选择了山海之地，必然要提托山水文脉，构成城市未来发展契机。结合居住人群之品性格调，以东方文脉、亚洲礼居形成今古之文化映照，在若水之南寻一处至臻至纯之所，在生态空间与东方礼序之间步入未来生活场景。

寻臻 | 东方韵人文居

山水文脉多源于国学文化，重礼仪、寻规制、敛奢华。在居住空间与自然环境中更多的交织了更多的中式韵味，门堂庭院府的空间状态，围而成间、和而成院、叠而成层，在山水林云间构筑九境大盘，纵享至臻之境。

The landscape culture is mostly derived from the traditional Chinese culture, which emphasizes etiquette, seeks regulation and restrains luxury. The living space and the natural environment are more intertwined with more Chinese charm. The spatial state of the gate hall, courtyard and mansion is surrounded by rooms, combined into courtyards, stacked into layers, and built into a nine-realm complex among mountains, rivers, forests and clouds, and enjoy the perfect scenery.

传儒 | 杏林下鹿群踪

儒家文化是国学中的经典、代表着东方意境中深邃、内敛的一面，依托“杏林传儒”的故事，以鹿为鲜活的IP形象，集艺术与东方典故为一身，演绎一副儒家院落、以景代言的鹿林山水画。

结构布局

Overall design

样板区构筑前后两重庭院，玩转空间带来多样故事，在宛转中穿林探幽，以一种执著的态度寻找场景的最终答案。而其中不同段落的小巧空间也能创作大美环境，继而引领环境中的人们在整个行进的过程中追忆故事、畅享生态森居。

凝画 | 山峦隐枫荫浓

前为厅堂，布轴在其中，筑为山、地为川，化尊雅而入场，传递了从自然的轻盈到隐世的颐享。如同鹿跃山林、而逐野天下，在叠山静水间得隐于市。条形之景如云似丘、与夜光景墙营于山色之间。六个片段、包含了六种蕴意、六重空间，传递了六种生活场景，美好就在这情怀之间装点着我们的生活。

映云 | 踏云彩镜涟平

礼序方阔的轴线空间，婉转腾云的地面铺装, 精巧的空间中隐喻一种隐世而尊贵的空间。视点环境或对望、或引凝、或驻足、或抬观。从序列的疏林、从小巧的水景，到参差的草坡，穿过曲动的山形，再到野趣的种植空间，流动间从礼序到幽隐，梦幻间从厚重到宁静。

循荫 | 幽森处隐鹿鸣

后场的空间幽深而精巧、斑驳的树影与墨韵砂石交错重合。场景间的精致现实与砂与水的虚幻浑然一体，层层探循、伴着几层薄雾归家，看鹿隐枝间，听风林脆音。活现的造型与动感的态韵在眼前靠拢、聚集。起伏的植被丰富了景观的下部层次，呈现出一派生机勃勃。

驻廊 | 栅影间珠涟落

品位在于凝练空间、行于林尽处，脚步已翩然至此，视线随着廊间得微光变换。忽见竹影成行，与树间隔其中，更有照壁坚而如画、韵彩无形、喻意非常。直泉如枯岩裂壁、磷光玉帘，星光涌动。后有树影婆娑、烟树淼淼、与此景相得益彰。

卷亭 | 斜山筑碧台叠

归与迎之间、是家的仪式、是心灵的栖居之地。挺拔的山墙和精巧的格栅模拟着山的巍峨与沧桑，照壁上一轮圆月横空，斜松翠柏立于之前，诉说着中式韵雅的故事。亭下草阶丛生野趣、葱茏繁茂、寸石抒情，描绘的是“石上青苔厚阶前落叶深”的怡情幽径。

澜苑 | 空荫巷玉辉庭

建筑与庭院的围合呈现了一种美好的协调，当俊秀开启，树影撒下的微光牵引着我们步入其中。走在涌路之上，方石墨玉映入眼中。在林下小坐，畅享邻里的温暖与惬意。而一旁翠影芳华间，精巧的花草树木则描绘着儒雅悠长的生活，在方寸间，尽享隐世人生。
