2025年3月25日，美国DLR Group高层代表团一行访问华东建筑设计研究院有限公司（ECADI），双方围绕深化战略合作、拓展全球市场等议题进行了深入交流，并成功签署战略合作框架协议。此次签约是继双方前期合作意向达成后的又一重要里程碑，标志着双方合作迈入全新阶段。

Gent，亚洲区负责人裘黎红，华东院党委书记、董事长姚激，副总经理蒋玮及相关部门负责人共同出席了本次活动。Kevin Gent高度评价华东院在超高层建筑、交通枢纽及城市综合体领域的深厚积累，并对其发展成就深感震撼。他表示，创立于1966年的DLR Group作为全球知名的建筑设计企业，在全球35个城市提供一体化设计服务网络。期待双方以“创新驱动、资源共享”为核心，在建筑设计、技术研发和全球市场拓展三大领域深化合作。姚激对DLR Group的到访致以热烈欢迎。他表示，DLR Group作为全球知名的建筑设计咨询企业，在可持续设计、文化观演建筑及教育医疗设施领域享有卓越的国际声誉。目前，华东院正积极拓展包括中东在内的海外市场，而DLR Group也在中国及亚洲寻求更大发展，双方优势互补，合作基础坚实。

DLR Group visited East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co.,
Ltd. (ECADI). The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on deepening
strategic cooperation and expanding into global markets, culminating in the
successful signing of a strategic cooperation framework agreement. This signing
marks another significant milestone following their initial cooperation
intentions, symbolizing a new phase in their partnership.Kevin Gent, International Director of DLR

expertise in the fields of super high-rise buildings, transportation hubs, and
urban complexes, expressing his admiration for their remarkable achievements.
He noted that DLR Group, founded in 1966, is a globally renowned architectural
design firm with an integrated service network spanning 35 cities worldwide. He
looks forward to deepening collaboration based on "innovation-driven and
resource-sharing" principles, focusing on architectural design, technological
research and development, and global market expansion.Ji Yao extended a warm welcome to the DLR
Group delegation. He emphasized that DLR Group enjoys an outstanding
international reputation in sustainable design, cultural performance venues,
and educational and healthcare facilities. As ECADI actively explores overseas
markets, including the Middle East, and DLR Group seeks greater development in
China and Asia, the two firms are highly complementary, with a strong
foundation for cooperation.

and Leon Qiu signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement. Leon Qiu also presented an overview of DLR Group's management and operations in
the Asia region. Both parties agreed to establish a joint cooperation
mechanism, set up regular high-level meetings, and organize flexible exchange
sessions to ensure the efficient alignment of technical collaboration and
project integration.The signing of this agreement opens up
broader opportunities for diversified cooperation between the two firms.
Leveraging Shanghai and Dubai as dual hubs, the partnership aims to build a
“Design Silk Road” that radiates across the Middle East, Asia and beyond,
jointly promoting innovation in architectural design and contributing wisdom
and strength to the sustainable and high-quality development of cities
worldwide.
