项目总监

Project Director

1.  建筑学专业本科或是以上学历；

2.  8年以上建筑设计经验，具有5年以上项目管理工作经验，能够全面负责项目设计的内部进程及外部协调；

3.  具有较强的理解、沟通能力和判断能力、能准确理解业主诉求，把握设计；

4.  精通建筑设计流程，熟悉国内建筑规范；

5.  甲级大院或知名外资设计公司项目管理工作经验为佳。

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture.

2. More than 8 years of architecture design experience,more than 5 years of project management experience, be fully responsible for the internal process and external coordination of project design.

3. Strong understanding,communication and judgement, accurately understand the client's demands and manage the design.

4. Proficient in architecture design process, be familiar with domestic building codes.

5. Project management experience in class-A design institute or well-known foreign design company is preferred.

建筑/规划/景观/室内设计总监

Design Director

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, planning, landscape, environmental design, interior or related major.

2. Master in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Revit and other professional software.

3. More than 8 years of specialized design experience, able to be fully responsible for the internal process and external coordination of project design.

4. Have strong understanding, communication and judgment, accurately understand the owner's demands and manage the design.

BIM设计经理

BIM Design Manager

1.  建筑学或相关本科及以上学历；

2.  精通掌握ArchiCAD、Revit、Rhino、Grasshopper等专业软件；

3.  具有3年以上项目管理工作经验，能够全面负责项目设计的内部进程及外部协调；

4.  具有较强的理解、沟通能力和判断能力；

5.  熟悉建筑设计流程，熟悉国内建筑规范。

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related.

2. Master ArchiCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper and other professional software.

3. More than 3 years ofproject management experience,be fully responsible for the internal process and external coordination of project design.

4. Strong understanding,communication and judgement.

5. Be familiar with architecture design process and domestic building codes. 

建筑/规划/景观/室内设计经理

Studio Head 

1.  建筑、规划、景观、环艺设计、室内设计或相关专业本科或以上学历；

2. 熟练掌握AutoCad、SketchUp、Photoshop、Revit、InDesign 等专业软件；

3.  5年以上工作经验, 具有较强的设计管理和团队建设能力；

4.  具有较强设计和设计整合能力，可同时管理2-3个项目；

5.  要深入掌握建筑、结构、机电、声学、光学的基本知识；

6.  良好的英文沟通能力和专业英语读写能力。

Project Designer

1.  建筑、规划、景观、环艺设计、室内设计或相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 熟练掌握AutoCad，SketchUp，Photoshop, Revit，InDesign 等专业软件；

3. 5年以上工作经验,具有较强的设计管理和团队建设能力；

4.  具有独立处理项目的能力，合理运用资源及合理配套安排项目时间进度。

建筑师 & 助理建筑师

Architect & Assistant Architect

1.  建筑学专业本科或是以上学历；

2. 精通AutoCad、SketchUp、Photoshop、InDesign、PowerPoint、Revit等专业软件;

3.  强烈的责任心、良好的团队合作和沟通能力，能够配合快速的工作节奏；

4.  良好的英文沟通能力和基本的专业英语读写能力;

5.  有徒手表现能力及平面设计能力，或有扩初经验者优先考虑。

2. Master AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Revit and other professional software.

3. Strong sense of responsibility and good team work and communication, be able to work with afast pace.

4. Good English communication and basic English reading and writing.

5. Ability of hand draw and graphic design, or the experience of extended preliminary design is preferred.

景观设计师 & 助理景观设计师

Landscape Designer & Assistant Landscape Designer

1.  风景园林、环艺设计相关专业全日制本科学历；

2.  1-3年景观设计行业相关工作经验；

3.  具有较强的方案设计能力，具有创新思维和审美能力；

4.   熟练掌握AutoCad、SketchUp、InDesign等相关设计软件；

5.  工作积极、认真踏实、责任心强，具备团队协作精神和良好的沟通能力；

6.  具备基本的英语听、说能力。

1. Bachelor degree in landscape, architecture and environment design.

2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in landscape design.

3. Strong concept design ability, innovative thinking and aesthetic ability.

4. Master AutoCAD,SketchUp, InDesign and otherrelated design software.

景观施工图设计师

 Landscape Construction Drawing Designer

1.  风景园林、环艺设计相关专业本科学历；

2.  2年以上相关的工作经历；

3.  精通AutoCad、SketchUp、InDesign等相关设计软件；

4.  能独立思考，擅长项目设计组织管理，能准确理解、把握项目及业主需求。

1. Bachelor degree in landscape,architecture and environment design.

2. More than 2 year related work experience.

3. Master AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign and other related design software.

4. Be able to think in dependently, be good at project design organization and management, accurately understand and get the needs of the project and the client.

室内设计师 & 助理室内设计师

Interior Designer & Assistant Interior Designer

1.  环艺设计、室内设计或相关专业本科及以上学历;

2.  熟练掌握AutoCad、SketchUp、Photoshop、Revit、InDesign等专业软件;

3.  1年以上工作经验，有丰富的人居、办公、酒店等室内项目经验。

1. Bachelor degree or above in environment design,interior design or related major.

2. Master AutoCAD,SketchUp, Photoshop,Revit, InDesign and other professional software.

3. More than 1 year work experience, rich experience in residence, office, hotel and other interior projects. 

软装设计师

FF&E Designer

1.  3年以上星级酒店软装设计经验，本科及以上学历，环艺设计、室内设计或建筑相关专业；

2．对室内设计、装饰以及色彩的搭配有丰富经验，能根据主体设计配饰各种物料、家私及装饰品；

3．精通AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp，有一定的平面设计能力；

4．熟悉布艺、墙纸、地毯、家具、灯饰、洁具等室内摆设等配饰的设计，有丰富的相关产品厂家或经销商信息资源。

1. At least 3 years experience in FF & E design of starred hotel, bachelor degree or above,major in environment design, interior design, architecture or related.

2. Rich experience ininterior design, decoration and color matching, be able to decorate various materials, furniture and decorations according to the main design.

3. Master AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp, with certain graphic design ability.

4. Be familiar with the design of accessories such as fabric, wallpaper, carpet, furniture,lighting,sanitary ware, etc., have rich information resources of relevant product manufacturers or distributors. 

物料设计师

Material designer

1.  1年以上星级酒店设计经验，或有从事过室内设计经验，专科及以上学历，环艺设计、室内设计或建筑相关专业；

2.  对室内设计、装饰以及色彩的搭配有丰富经验，能根据主体设计配饰各种物料；

3. 精通AutoCAD、Photoshop、Office软件；

4.  熟悉石材、木饰面、布艺、墙纸、地毯、五金、洁具、开关、灯具等材料性质，有丰富的相关产品厂家或经销商信息资源。

1. At least 1 year of starred hotel design experience, or interior design experience, college degree or above, major in environment design,interior design, architecture or related.

2. Rich experience in interior design, decoration and color matching, be able to decorate various materials according to the main design.

3. Master  AutoCAD, Photoshop and office software.

4. Be familiar with the material properties of stone, wood veneer, fabric, wallpaper, carpet,hardware,sanitary ware, switch, lamp, etc., have rich information resources of relevant product manufacturers or distributors.

建筑模型工作室制作师

Building Model Producer

1.  熟练使用模型雕刻机、三维打印机、泡沫切割机等模型制作设备;

2.  掌握AutoCAD、SketchUp、Rhino 等3D建模软件;

3.  具有与建筑师沟通和工程识图能力;

4.  3年以上相关工作经验;

5.  接受新技术的能力。

1. Skilled in using model engraving machine, 3D printer,foam cutting machine and other model making equipment.

2. Master AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino and other 3D modeling software.

3. Ability to communicate with architects and understand the architecture drawing.
