健康护理和检查需要一个非常个人和私密的空间体验,需要患者对医生和医院给予信任。通过为个人创造小空间,我们将这种就诊体验个性化,从而建立患者和医生之间的信任,并鼓励病人与苏康养健康管理中心建立一种回归关系。  


Health care and health check-up is a deeply personal and private experience that requires the patient to give trust to the doctor and to the hospital.  By making small spaces for individuals we personalize this experience which builds trust and encourages patients to build a returning relationship with SKY health center.

Spiral staircase


该方案设计中,两个大的螺旋楼梯组织起整个空间,这与当地的环境和文化有关,也使垂直交通更高效,并有助于病人到访者快速得辨别方向。  


The plan is organized by 2 large spiral stairs that echo local vernacular forms and culture and also makes vertical flows more efficient and helps with wayfinding and orientation for patients.

从一楼至四楼的功能安排布局遵循了方便和舒适的原则。其中,面向就诊时间较长的访客的功能空间大部分位于高层,面向就诊时间较短的访客的空间则多分布在较低楼层。这样的布局有助于减少了工作人员和病人的垂直交通,从而使得整个服务流程更加高效便利。  


From first floor to fourth floor functions are arranged for convenience and ease of access.  For patients or services that require longer times the upper floors are used.  For more fast services the lower floors are used.  This reduces vertical movement for both. Staff and patients and makes the flow more efficient.

核磁共振、CT等医技功能被布置在一层,下室的对应区域则容纳布置这些机器和功能区域所需的配套空间。


MRI, CT and other high specification medical functions are arranged on the first floor and able to be supported by the basement which can accommodate ancillary services necessary for these machines and functions.

访客的休息区、就诊区、理疗区及康复区等不同的功能区域在设计上通过不同的材料和形式加以区分。在休息和候诊区域,弧形墙面搭配着温暖的漫反射的灯光。富有纹理的墙面材料则用于入口和建筑室内空间中的独特的区域。这些设计策略手法带给访客舒适和放松的空间氛围的同时,也有助于提升私密感、主动关怀和品牌价值。  


The design materials and forms are used to indicate spaces for rest, spaces for meeting doctors, spaces for healthcare and areas for recovery and relaxation.  Curved walls and warm diffuse lighting indicates an area for waiting or rest.  Warm white walls indicate areas for medical functions.  Textured wall panels indicate entrances and unique zones within the building.  This design strategy helps people feel immediately comfortable and familiar with the interior design and increases their feeling of privacy, personal care and brand recognition.

照明设计采用暖光灯,来营造亲切通透的氛围。大型面板软膜天花灯被用于开放空间中的重点区域内,以实现在不影响家具或流线布置的灵活性的情况下,空间个性的最大化。


Lighting color is very warm and is intended to be intimate and transportational .  Large panel membrane lights are used to differentiate smaller spaces within larger open areas to personalize the space without compromising flexibility of arrangement of furniture or flow lines.

主要的流线安排布置在医疗功能区域的两侧,这样可以将不同使用人群,例如医生和患者、普通和VIP患者分开,相较于传统的布局模式下,可以给用户提供更好的私密性。 


The main flow lines are arranged either side of the medical function blocks which allows for separation of doctor and patient, general and VIP clients and makes the design more private than a traditional layout.

传统集中式的大型等候区被更小的更多样化的等候空间所替代,从而大大改善访客的就诊体验。  


Large waiting areas in traditional centers are reduced and smaller more personalized spaces are offered to improve the patient experience.

在功能的设计中,我们也设置了安排了线上远程问诊的功能房间,以适应和支持传统的线下医疗服务到线上医疗服务的转变,从而提供实体和虚拟在线24小时的医疗服务,这也有助于帮助苏康养健康管理中心拓展更广泛的战略服务。 


The physical design is also intended as part of a wider APP based design that can offer 24 hour care and support both in physical and virtual.  The transition from offline health services to online health services is supported by the telemedicine enabled rooms that help to connect patients with the wider service strategy of the SKY project.

护士站和接待台采用了弧形的设计,以此鼓励患者和工作人员间产生积极的互动,拉近二者的距离,这也正是“去医疗化”设计理念的体现。 


As part of the strategy to make the healthcare experience more personal for our patients we design nurse stations and reception desks that are circular and encourage the sharing of information in a less formal way that encourages positive interaction between staff and patients.

苏康养健康管理中心旨在成为众多医疗中心中的标杆及精品。该设计旨在创建标志性的品牌IP和运营模式,在今后将其延伸并应用于更多的地点,并通过严谨、成熟的设计及决策促成在业务及患者方面的有机增长。


SKY Suzhou is designed to be the first of many healthcare centers.  The design seeks to establish a brand identity and a model for operation that can be used in future locations and to help grow business and patient outcomes through carefully considered design choices.
