写在前面的话

整个项目从概念到施工阶段的方案调整，日清景观设计团队坚持对每处细节、每个空间进行全模型推敲，对设计的专注度值得尊重；施工期间，也基本坚持每周的巡场服务和品控报告的反馈，确保了落地效果与设计方案的高度还原。

建筑和景观如何协调，示范区的尊贵礼仪和幼儿园的天真童趣如何共融，日清给出了自己的答案。感谢日清在本项目中的投入与付出。

以景观包裹建筑之礼

Modern architecture surrounded by natural landscape

                    ——简介

既是现代艺术、精致夺目的展示区，也是天真烂漫、生机勃勃的幼儿园。

It is a land with the charm of modern art and youthful vigor.

现代城市生活中，许多家长怀揣“不能让孩子输在起跑线上“的焦灼心态，迫使幼童过早背负重重学习压力。在这样的社会大环境下，作为设计师的我们时常会反思：我们能为社会做些什么？能为这些孩子做些什么？机缘巧合，我们得到了一例与幼儿园相关的项目，于是，我们打算好好珍惜这个机会，来做一场有趣的设计。

In modern city life, many parents are afraid their children may lose at the starting line, so young students are often under heavy pressure. In such a stressful environment, we as designers often ask ourselves: what can we do about it? What can we do for these children? Coincidentally, we got a kindergarten-related project, so we will take this change to make an interesting design.

本案先期会短暂作为售楼中心使用，后期将恢复成为社区幼儿园。因此，协调空间不同时期功能的转换，销售氛围渲染与幼儿寓教于乐之间的衔接过度是设计的重中之重。

This project will temporarily be used as a sales center, and turned back into a community kindergarten later.

极富现代感折线设计的建筑组团造型新奇如精致高端的礼品包装盒，景观为折纸亦为丝带，包裹建筑、烘托建筑，宛如送给孩子的礼物。

The building cluster with modern fold line design looks like an exquisite gift box, and the landscape is paper craft and also a silk ribbon to wrap up and highlight the building, resembling a gift given to a child.

潺潺水苑，光影驳驳

Waterfront houses embrace dappled sunlight

               ——前场

         -- Front Area

前场空间利用简单的元素、大尺度的镜面水景，结合精致的细节打造尊贵、开放式的礼仪空间。

A noble and open space is built in the Front Area with simple elements, large area of mirrored water scene and exquisite details.

利用场地与市政人行之间存在的一米高差设计为跌水水景，选用建筑元素延伸展示界面，提升场地仪式感及领域感。融入吐水水景装置为原本静止的空间增添一丝活泼与生气。

The waterscape of falling water is created by the elevation difference of 1 meter between the site and the sidewalk of the municipal government. Architectural elements are used to extend the display interface and enhance a feeling of ritual and territory for the place. Water pouring into the pool provides the space with more vitality.

景观“丝带”与建筑“礼盒”交相辉映，延展立面，倒映水面，光影驳驳，虚实相生。

The landscape “silk ribbon” and the building “gift box” add radiance to each other, and the extended façade casts a reflection in the water, creating small patches of light and shade.

门楼日后会作为大区的主要人行入口使用，因此体量需具有高辨识度及尊贵气势。同时，考虑到场景的安全性，设计选用金属幕帘、不锈钢及石材为装饰立面，整个门楼干净纯粹、轻盈通透，极富现代艺术感。

The gatehouse will be used as the main entrances of the community, so it must be highly distinctive and prestige in design. Meanwhile, taking safety into consideration, the designer uses metal curtains, stainless steel and stone for decoration. The gatehouse features clean and clear design with a modern look.

连廊顶部点缀星星灯，行走其中，宛如漫步在星河之下。

Star lights adorned on the top of the connecting corridor make you feel like walking under the stars.

人心无染，心静自清

A clean and tranquil place

                       ——中庭

                      -- Patio

中庭空间干净纯粹，是衔接前场礼仪与后场活动的过渡空间，是远离城市喧嚣的僻静之地，是倾听童年秘密的树洞。

The clean and neat atrium is a transitional space to connect the front yard and back yard. It is a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of a city and a tree hole full of childhood secrets.

作为幼儿园的课余活动空间，需预留大面积的平整场地供儿童玩耍嬉戏。建筑的形态决定了树屋的走向，与建筑语言统一，外立面材料选用白色烤漆，内部选用木材，搭配舒适的软装，使内部空间更为惬意温馨。

As a space for extracurricular activities in the kindergarten, a large flat ground is needed for children to play games. The architectural form has determined how a tree house is built. To ensure consistent architectural language, white baked finish is applied on the external façade and wood is used internally, then a comfy decoration is done to make internal space cozier.

自然课堂，寓教于乐

A natural classroom for fun learning

                        ——后场

-- Back Area

后场空间作为幼儿园的长期使用空间，打破传统，融入现代元素，模糊边界感，利用造型草坡形成自然的围墙将空间进行界定，同时丰富沿街展示面。下沉课堂、空中廊桥与游乐装置利用竖向的变化，在有限的空间内打造更多的可玩性与趣味性，丰富儿童的课余生活，鼓励儿童走出室内。

The back yard is a long-term space for the kindergarten. To add modern elements and blur the sense of boundaries, a grassy slope is used to form a natural wall and diversify street display interface. Sunken classroom, overhead covered bridge and recreational facilities are provided to create more fun in limited space, which enriches extracurricular activities for children and encourage them to have more fun outdoors.

景观设计不止在于项目的方案与落地，也在于用景观的力量带动片区的发展，为其注入新的生机与活力。改善现代人的生活方式。

Landscape design is not only the result of a project plan, but also a driver to the development of the community, which can bring vigor and vitality and improve people’s lifestyle.
