我们身在浩瀚宇宙中的一颗小行星上，头顶是无尽的银河，脚下是无边的星河，在金地峯范·嘉定，我们汲取时空灵感，营造主城生活平移的多种空间，探索无限种未来美好生活方式的可能。

We are living on a tiny asteroids in the vast universe, with an endless galaxy overhead and an infinite galaxy under our feet. “Step on the Milky Way and look up at the Starry Sky”.

项目位于上海市嘉定区，毗邻地铁11号线嘉定北地铁站，地块东南侧为嘉定区中心医院，南侧为中科院实验学校，交通及生活便利，教育资源丰富。

This project is located in Jiading, Shanghai. And near the North station Jiading of No.11 metro line. In the southeast of the project, there is the Middle Center Hospital of Jiading District. In the south, there is the school of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The transportation and life here are very convenient, and the resource of education is abundant.

景观设计考虑到峯范系列产品主张以设计定义时尚，以空间缔造享受；以愉悦相伴成长，以科技革新体验。因此，我们输出具有时尚范儿的景观，提倡全龄互动、共享设计及人文关怀。整个示范区，我们提取星空与森林的概念元素，让自然之美与城市生活相融，方寸之间尽显「峯范」。

The Up View series development projects are designed to define fashion style and space to create enjoyment, to grow with living pleasure, and to revolutionize the life experience with technology.

We export a stylish landscape design that promotes all-age interaction, share community experiences and encourage human care. All details reflect developer and designer’s stylish and creative consideration.

In the lanscape design, we use the philosophy of transporting the urban life from the main city into this area, including the art, the environmental sustainability, the science, the hi-technology, and the quality education...

穿梭星云

FLYING THROUGH NEBULA 

入口空间摒弃常规形式，以自然公园式手法打造一个开放式的绿地空间，将入口界面置于林中；运用大地艺术的手法塑造地形，形成多个艺术岛屿，如星云般璀璨夺目，搭配精致水幕，用地形的变化营造不同的空间感受，超现实的入口一下便将人从地球拉向了宇宙。

The designer creates entrance space with a natural park-like open green space by putting the entrance interface into the starry forest, and using the techniques of land art to shape the topography of various nebulous shape islands.The combination of a fine water curtain creates another exciting space experience.

这种强烈的视觉效果，营造出沉浸式的氛围感，星光流转间，不由地让人满怀憧憬与期待，奔向前方未知的星域。 

无界星桥 @西岸的艺术范儿

BRORDERLESS STARRY BRIDGE

无界星桥如银河飘带一般穿梭于前场空间，有机联接了停车场空间与前场空间，让行人可以从不同角度观赏示范区的景致，让你的生活离星空更近。

The Borderless Star Bridge, like the galactic ribbon, runs through the front yard and organically connects the parking space with the front yard space, allowing pedestrians to view the demonstration area from different angles and bring visitors feeling much closer to the starry sky.

36根定制弯管组合成星桥之上的视觉核心，管上开洞形成了星光效果，让人产生时空转移的穿梭感受。同时桥下形成了有趣的立体空间，起到了峡谷山门的作用。

玩呗星球 @西郊的国际范儿

Planet-themed kids playground 

对宇宙的研究越发深入，我们就越发感知自己的渺小。我们对这颗星球，对生命的感激也越发深刻。渺小的我们，除了敬畏自然，敬畏星球，别无选择。玩呗星球主题儿童乐园采用蓝色系铺装，拥有金地专项研发的星球组合滑梯器械，搭配摇摇椅和翻板墙，让孩子们在玩乐的同时，激发他们对宇宙的探索欲望，更让人类的后代明白守护与爱的意义。

Planet-themed kids playground is made with blue series paving pattern and has planet-specific slide sets developed by Gemdale with rocking chairs and flip-flaps. This special designed kids playground is to encourage children exploring the dream of outer space during their adventure and play.

星河旋涡 @张江的科创范儿

STARRY SWIRL

通过艺术夹道，漩涡水景便映入眼帘，灵动的水景聚集着星河的能量，潺潺的水流凝结着自然的魔力，搭配环形灯带，夜晚更加神秘迷人；一座玻璃桥横穿于漩涡水景之上，在桥上能近距离的观赏漩涡水景带来的震撼，透明的桥底仿佛让人置身于这神秘的漩涡之中；漩涡水景旁种植乌桕，树形优美风韵，春秋色叶红艳夺目，疏林与大地艺术草坡相结合，搭配弧形座椅，空间静谧，光影灵动。当凝视旋涡，发掘深藏于内心那一片如星河般漫无天际的空间。

The swirl view of the water is reflected through the art gallery lane. The dynamic water scene is filled with the energy of the starry stream and the flowing water condenses with the magic of nature. The LED circular lights along the stream makes the night even more magical environment.

A glass bridge traverses the swirl feature and visitor can see the more dramatic up view of the swirl through transparent underfoot of the bridge, as if you were in the middle of mysterious swirl feature.

The Chinese tallow trees with their beautiful trunk shape the attractive scene of the swirl water feature. Their beautiful spring and autumn colorful leaves will form a striking forest combined with artistic green open grass and a feature curved bench. The designed open space is quiet for deep thinking and shadow light for imagination.

星光绿境 @江湾的自然范儿

STRARRY GREEN PARK

从售楼处后门出来，便是一片宽阔的大草坪，让人有种豁然开朗的感觉，南边便是生态的湖泊资源，道路回转蜿蜒，搭配优美恬静的景观草， 好一派自然生态、休闲放松的景象。

The large lawn is just outside the back of the building, giving a sense of dramatic open space. To the south is the natural environment and relax scenic of the winding path and scenic plants along the ecological lake.

当星空迷上了湾岸，洒落漫天星光，点亮了自然之境，也点亮了对美好生活的向往，恍如江湾的自然星河再现，写下所有浪漫的句点。

When the stars are falling love into the cove, the stars light up the natural environment and the desire for a better life.

2021年对于未来社区的形态研究，金地峯范·嘉定是一次市面上未曾有过的大胆尝试。我们运用艺术手法链接了主城生活和人居空间。我们相信，无论时空变幻，人们对美好生活的向往不会遗忘，而由社区连接产生的情感交集不会被时间冲淡。
