上回nota在杭州造了一间茶园（点击查看更多），这次我们把云南的精气神带到了杭州。

柴米多杭州天目里体验店，是一个有着云南精气神的体验场。柴米多是一个以有机食材的生产和销售为基础，探索、创造、激发可持续生活方式的品牌。天目里店提供的不只是农场食材供销和餐饮体验，它被视为云南生活方式的一种复合形态的展示和延伸，试图让来访者在精致的城市空间里，适度地体会到云南生活的野、趣、美。

ChiMiDo Concept Store in OōEli Hangzhou is a space dedicated to experiencing the spirit of Yunnan. ChiMiDo is a brand that explores, creates, and inspires sustainable lifestyles based on the production and sales of organic ingredients. ChiMiDo Concept Store is a place for experiences beyond farm grocery and dining, rather regarded as a multi-dimensional display and extension of the Yunnan lifestyle, aiming for visitors to feel a taste of Yunnan-style wildness, fun, and beauty amidst the urban environment.

天目里是由建筑师伦佐·皮亚诺设计的一个具有地标意义的综合性的艺术园区，包含办公、美术馆、艺术中心、秀场、设计酒店及艺术商业等功能。柴米多城市体验店位于天目里8号楼底层，主界面朝向园区景观广场，东侧是林荫道。天目里要求完整保存现有店面空间的三个玻璃幕墙和一个清水墙面，以保留最大视野和原建筑的特点。

OōEli is an iconic comprehensive art park designed by Renzo Piano and incorporating offices, art museums, art centers, show fields, design hotels, and art commerce. ChiMiDo store locates on the ground floor of building No. 8 facing the central landscape, with east side entry to the tree boulevard. All three-side glass curtain walls and the fair-faced concrete wall should be reserved to maintain the maximum transparency and the original characteristics of the building itself.

变量与固定

Variations and Fixation

从空间布局上，根据柴米多的运营需求，城市体验店会同时并行或切换很多不同的使用场景，例如用餐、零售、展览、沙龙、周末市集等，此为变量；设计师在空间的视觉中心构筑了一个以传统方式砌筑的披萨炉，结合烧烤架、披萨制作展示台、饮品台，三合而一形成了充满分享式和农家感的灶间，此为固定元素，也回应了云南围着火炉衍生的生活方式。

According to ChiMiDo's operational requirements, the store should be capable of hosting multiple events simultaneously or switch easily between different scenarios, such as dining, retail, exhibition, salon, weekend market, etc. These various functions are defined here as Variations. A traditional pizza stove takes the visual center, surrounded by a barbecue grill, a pizza kitchen table, and a bar. Altogether these Fixation volumes represent  A typical Countryside Kitchen, as well as the center of sharing. These volumes are also a reminiscence of the Yunnan lifestyle: all activities happening around the stove.

后厨空间退到靠墙一侧成为背景，固定元素与四周需要保留的完整边界之间，即为可流动的变量空间。固定与变量的明晰分界，衍变出无限的可能性。无方向定义的环路布局，让来访者无论从哪个入口进来，都可以自由地逛一圈出去。

The inner kitchen space retreats to the backside against the concrete wall and fades into the background. Between the Fixation and the wall boundaries, there is the playground of Variations where infinite possibilities can happen. The non-directional circulation loop allows visitors to stroll in and out either way freely.

草船借箭

To Borrow Arrows with Thatched Boat

主创建筑师钱诗韵将设计概念定义为草船借箭：“我们不过造个草船，箭都是云南借来的”。体验店是传递云南风土文化的一个载体，因此设计语言上只构建最基础的部分，从而获得承载更多内容的可能。让云南的食材、生活方式和生产方式，都能在里面进行自我展示。这个空间就像是一艘草船，而里面的内容即为从云南借来的箭。

The design concept, described by principal architect Qian Shiyun, is To Borrow Arrows with Thatched Boats. We are just building a thatched boat, and the rest are arrows borrowed from Yunnan. The ChiMiDo store is a carrier of Yunnan local culture, the very basic parts are constructed in terms of design expression so that more programs and possibilities are possible. It is showtime for Everything about Yunnan, food, lifestyle, craftsmanship, etc. to perform. This space is like a Thatched Boat, and the contents inside are Arrows borrowed from Yunnan.

室内的所有体量、造型、材质均服务于这个概念，店里使用的材料都保持了其本色，没有额外的加工和装饰。比如披萨炉的设计，直接采用了不加润色的耐火砖作为砌筑立面，请专业的师傅进行搭砌。最终呈现出的暖色调披萨炉，与店内的木桌椅以及展陈区的木制置物框相得益彰，既是视觉焦点，也融入了空间背景。专门设计定制的下照铜灯经过反复打样和加工，在云南手工艺之乡鹤庆完成生产。

All volumes, styles, and materials abide by the concept. Natural colors and finishings are kept, with no additional processing and decoration added. For example, the pizza stove is clad in raw refractory bricks done by masonry workers. The warm-toned stove complements the wooden tables and chairs, and wood containers in the grocery area. It is the visual center as well as a perfect background. The copper lamps are specially customized and handmade in Heqing, the hometown of Yunnan metal handicrafts, after rounds of mockup and improvements.

日常的灵感

Daily inspiration

从外摆区域到店内的展示部分，呈现了由外向内第次升高的立体展陈：外摆的低矮座位，室内座位，披萨制作台，披萨炉，依次升高，从室外即可一眼望到多层次的空间。

零售区的展陈也采用了同样的策略，立体展陈一直延伸到天花区域。考虑到展陈需要经常被更换，从家用的手摇升降晾衣杆获得灵感，设计师为这个空间的展陈定制了晾衣杆系统。平行的多组晾衣杆阵列，用升降晾衣杆的方式调节所有挂杆，晾布、火腿、铜艺、展览布等，每次来访都是不一样的感受；也是对江南布衣场所母题的暗合。现场缺乏可以安装手摇杆的墙面，于是整合了手摇杆、立体照明灯和插座的竖杆装置被设计并定制出来，成为店里标志性的设计语言之一。

Ascending visual display is shown at one glance from the outside to the inside: from the lower outdoor seatings, indoor seatings, the pizza kitchen, to the pizza stove. The same strategy also applies at the grocery section, where the visual display goes all the way to the ceiling. Inspired by the domestic hand-roll clothes lifting rod, a Hand-roll Lifting System is invented for the retail area, so that the store display could be changed frequently. Multiple sets of clothes-hanging rods are arrayed parallel in the ceiling for cloth, ham, copper art pieces, posters... and can be adjusted easily by hand. This system enables different experiences by times, additionally, it also coincides with the place motif of the fashion brand JNBY Group. There is no wall for hand-roll installation, hence a vertical pole device that integrates hand cranks, lighting, and sockets was customized, which turns out to be one of the iconic design languages in the store.

柴米多天目里店的设计挑战亦在于，天目里极致的城市建筑与云南原生的粗野气质之间的碰撞——非常的“土”，也极致的“洋”。这间店的设计理念也呼应了柴米多的品牌精神，“将火、种子和生产带进城市”。在天目里这个极具当代感的文化地标中，留下了一个展示云南生活方式的窗口，在快节奏的城市生活中，创造了一间轻松而生机盎然的体验空间。

The challenge also lies in the collision between the ultimate urban environment in OōEli and the super rough temperament of Yunnan: it has to be extremely Local yet extremely International. The design also echoes ChiMiDo's brand spirit, to bring fire, seeds, and production into the city. In this contemporary cultural iconic OōEli, a window showcasing Yunnan's lifestyle is presented, and a relaxing and lively place is created in the fast-paced urban life.
