As the phase 1 of Harbour City, the project is aiming to stir the vitality of an "international, modern and eco-friendly" business district, creates a diversified lifestyle in a new era, and enable residents to enjoy high-quality Yangtze River landscape resources while communicating with urban space.
设计灵感 | Design Inspiration
「回应自然，对话城市」
Respond to nature and communicate with the city.以“城市花园”、“标杆形象”、“生态社区”作为设计核心理念，旨在让人享受视野、光线和私密空间的同时，与周边的城市关系建立起紧密的关系，构建都市人新兴的生活模式。
Take "city garden", “benchmark image” and “ecological community” as the core design concepts, the project has established a close relationship with the surrounding urban space and built a new lifestyle of urbanites while allowing them to enjoy a broad vision, sunshine and private space.整体布局上，充分考虑建筑与周边城市的关系，将两座高低错落的塔楼以对角线的方式布局，重构出灵动的城市天际线。将首层空间充分打开，为城市和社区释放大面积共享花园。
Arrange the two towers of different heights in a diagonal way, to reconstructing a fluctuant city skyline. Open the ground floor as the city garden, and providing a large area of shared space for the community.
在城市主干道界面引入垂直空中花园，形成生态立体景观，成为塔楼与城市的互动关系的象征，赋予建筑功能的多样性以及全新的空间尺度, 成为闹市之中的一片绿洲。
Sky gardens are adopted into the towers to form an ecological three-dimensional landscape. The gardens becomes the symbol of the interactive relationship between the tower and the city, shape the functional diversity in a new spatial scale of the architecture, and creates an oasis within the downtown area.
空间营造 | Space Creation
「共享邻里，定制奢华」
Create the shared community, and customized the luxury experience.在城市主要街角设置特色会所，与社区花园和塔楼架空空间相互渗透。植入社区客厅、儿童游乐、老年活动等泛会所功能，共同形成多层次的开放共享空间，承载都市生活。漫步在社区之中，城市的繁华和自然的宁静尽在咫尺之间。
The characteristic clubs are set at the main street corners of the city, which penetrate with the open space underneath the tower and the community garden. Implanted the community living rooms, children's playgrounds, elderly activity areas and other pan-club functions jointly into this space and form a multi-level open shared space to carry urban life. Wandering in the garden, people can enjoy the prosperity of the city and the tranquility of nature close at hand.
多元化的空间层次，定制独特的体验，形成落客、入园、到达一体化的空间序列。在归家路径中融入开放电梯厅的设计巧思，出电梯到入户的方寸空间里，向窗外极目望去，便可将都市的繁华美丽尽收眼底。每四层植入邻里共享花园，为住在高层的居民提供宁静、融洽的交流场所。
Diversified space and customized experience have formed an integrated spatial sequence of dropping off, entering the park and returning home. The elevator hall is opened to the main city space, which creates a special experiences on the way home, and provides a panoramic view of the prosperity and beauty of the city when looking out of the window. The sky garden creates a quiet and harmonious communication place for residents living in high-rise buildings.
塔楼设计 | Facade Design

塔楼的设计以简洁、现代的几何形体为基础，通过体量的凹凸，形成灵动的体型。以“框”为元素雕琢形体，浅灰色纵向装饰铝板强调出建筑的垂直线条以及体量感，玻璃与铝板的虚实对比，使整个建筑形象挺拔有力，构建出沿城市主干道的标杆形象。
The design of the tower is based on the simple and modern geometry, and form a smart shape through the concave and convex volume. The vertical frame element makes the volume more elegant. The light grey aluminum plates emphasize the vertical lines and form a tall and powerful city image along the main street.
在细节刻画上，结合室内使用功能，局部采用折形造型铝板，在不同的角度以及光条件下，呈现出不同的色彩以及质感，成为城市中一抹灵动的元素。
In the detail design, the folding aluminum plate is adopted to the tower facade, presenting different colors and textures under different angles and light conditions, which becomes an interesting element of the city.
展示中心 | Sales Center
「回应文脉，创享自由」
Respond to the city context, and enjoy the freedom of the space.展示中心的设计，力求将当地文脉融入其中。设计灵感来自于长江，将滔滔江水的磅礴气势与宽广细腻的特质融入空间性格，打造刚柔并济的艺术形象，让居民在享受国际化城市生活氛围的同时，拥抱悠闲雅致的自然生态。
Incorporate the local context in to the design of the Sales Center. Inspired by the Yangtze River's surging and flowing feeling, and integrated into the spatial character of the club to create an artistic image. The residents can embrace the leisurely and elegant natural ecology while enjoying the living atmosphere of a cosmopolitan city.
展示区二层平面
以当代设计语言构建独特空间场域，融合城市历史记忆进行创新演绎。采用虚实结合的形体构成，街角运用穿孔金属板纹样解构描绘长江的诗句，对话大江东去，豪杰荟萃的城市文脉。U型玻璃透出的朦胧灯光，围合出一个虚虚实实的花园界面，让人享受到城市中的静谧。
Construct a unique space field with contemporary design language, and integrate the historical memory of the city for innovative interpretation. A combination of virtual and real design technique is applied to the facade. In the corner part of the facade, perforated metal plates has been used to communicate with the cultural foundation of the city surrounded by the running river. The transparent glass façade creates a virtual garden interface, and let people enjoy the tranquility of the city.
在材料的选择中，旨在将现实中的本源精神和文化还原到建筑本质的结构和材料中，用石材、锈板等材料，加以现代的节奏、构成和韵律，唤醒居民对于城市文化和记忆的感知。
In the selection of materials, we aim to restore the original spirit and culture to the structure and materials of the architecture. By using materials such as stone and rust board with modern rhythm and composition, recalls the residents' perception of urban culture and memory.结语 | Epilogue
如何回应文脉是建筑本源的起点。本方案中以平衡城市形象和最大化利用景观资源为设计出发点，满足都市国际金融区中高端人才工作生活完美平衡的生活方式。旨在让居民同时享受城市和繁华和自然静谧，打造生态城市的住宅新标杆。
How to respond to the cultural context is the starting point of the design thinking. Taking balance the city image and maximizing the utilization of landscape resources is the starting point of design. We hope to create a new residential benchmark of ecological city through this scheme and bring together the prosperity of the city and the tranquility of nature, so as to meet the requirement of the talents in international financial district to perfectly balance between their work and life.
