项目位于上海市黄浦区南京东路世茂广场6F,餐厅以发现四川乐山美食为主题氛围空间。
Project Background
The project is located at 6F Shimao Festival City, Nanjing East Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai, and the restaurant is themed on the atmosphere of discovering Sichuan Leshan cuisine.

场力
空间纵向的力远超横向的力:场地位于商场末端,空间进深很深但层高较低,纵向空间很难发挥;由于纵向层高局限,所以横向如何做出空间延伸感及层次感是化解整个空间问题的核心;现场顶部排烟、消防管道错乱复杂且体量之大,给身处其下人的压迫力极强;因此如何平衡纵向与横向的力而使人感到舒适是本项目难点也是突破点。

Challenge
How to integrate humanistic landscape elements into interior space without looking abrupt? How to reflect the culture of Leshan? How to integrate the modern industrial sense of craft brewing equipment into the original canyon space? How to achieve a flat cross between original power and modernity?
力场
路径张力:从主入口到客区先营造一段蜿蜒、纯粹的峡谷地段,顶部可以看到明显的峡谷弯曲边界,南侧峡谷的背面是精酿啤酒区融合吧台,三个大体量精酿啤酒罐镶嵌在厚实的墙体造型内,如同一段粗野峡谷中闪现精酿啤酒工厂氛围,站在吧台区可以看到整个用餐区。
Vibes
Path tension: from the main entrance to the guest area first create a winding, pure canyon section, the top of which can be seen as a clear canyon curved border, the back of the canyon on the south side is the craft beer area fusion bar, three large volume craft beer cans set in a thick wall shape, as if a cave wrapped craft beer factory atmosphere, standing in the bar area can see the entire dining area.

外立面灵感来源于乐山大佛的佛洞与佛龛,我们营造拱形外立面序列的时候尽量避免用“正”拱形,而是用了下方洞口大,上方洞口小的渐变式拱形,并在大拱两侧配内凹小拱,卡座恰好镶嵌在小拱形之内,这样既可以省出空间又可以营造人在“佛龛”中的体验,拱的厚度及材质避免用敦实的材料,反而用薄的钢板表面微水泥处理,营造体量之“轻”与峡谷的“重”形成对比。
The façade is inspired by the cave and niche of the Leshan Buddha. We tried to avoid using a 'square' arch when creating the arched façade sequence, and instead used a gradual arch with a large hole at the bottom and a small hole at the top, with small concave arches on both sides of the large arch, and the card holders are set exactly within the small arches, which not only saves space but also creates the experience of being in a 'niche'.

大自然之冲刷力:空间内外立面起伏线条纹理灵感来自乐山附近的安岳石刻古寺,古寺石刻佛像经常年风吹雨水冲刷形成具有一定规律的痕迹,冲痕相对均质有力,极具现代美学特征。
Nature's scouring power: The undulating lines of the space's interior and exterior façade are inspired by the An Yue stone carvings of the ancient temple near Leshan, which are often washed by the wind and rain over the years to form certain regular traces, with relatively homogeneous and energetic.

总结
空间最内侧是弯曲的、变化的原始峡谷的延伸立面,其体量及氛围是浑厚、重、原始的;靠外立面一侧的体量及氛围是轻薄、几何简约、现代的;整体空间实现了重与轻,原始与现代的平衡。
Conclusion
The most inward side of the space is the curved and changing extended façade of the original canyon, whose volume and atmosphere are thick, heavy and primitive; the volume and atmosphere on the side near the façade are light, geometrically simple and modern; achieving a balance of heavy and light, primitive and modern.
