法国AS建筑工作室设计的上海金桥现代产业服务园（二期）于2020年年初竣工。

基地位于金桥现代产业服务园（二期）的地铁板块，园区交通条件极为优越。建筑性质为综合体办公楼，呈“U”字形布置。地上建筑主体的三个区块由连廓和裙房连接为一个整体。建筑地下为配套商业、车库、设备用房及人防用房。

Located in the metro section of Office Park (II), the Base embraces excellent traffic conditions. The building is complex office building, arranged in a “U” shape. Ground building is made up of three blocks which are connected by the corridor and podium as a whole. Underground building is for supporting commercial, garage, equipment rooms and air defense rooms.

园区的办公楼好像中式园林的围墙一样，成为内部花园的自然屏幕。沿街的办公建筑营造出私密的自然景致。形体上的切口塑造出一个个视觉上的透视孔，生出新视野的画框，可以使人们隐约看见内部的花园，创造出一种和周边环境对话交流的动态效应。

The office building in the Park likes the walls of a Chinese garden, becoming natural barriers of inner garden. The office building along the street creates intimate views of nature. The cuts on the building body create perspective holes and provide new vision frame, which can make people vaguely see the inner garden and create a dynamic effect of communication with the surrounding environment.

办公楼主体高度为75米。主立面的中心有一个垂直凹入的部分，一个由花岗岩围合的巨大拱门（犹如上海的石库门），将是进入园区的人行主入口，同时连接了地铁的出入口。

Main body of the office building is 75 meters. There is a vertical recess in the center of the main facade which is a huge arch surrounded by the granite (just like the Shanghai Shikumen). It is the main entrance for pedestrian entering the Park, while connecting the entrance and exit of the metro.

外墙立面材料主要为石材及玻璃，局部装饰构件采用铝复合板，立面的设计在保证建筑形体整体性的同时，对其细部进行了不同尺度的微调处理，尤其是在对玻璃局部质感的推敲上和石材幕墙分格方式的变化上，体现出典雅而精巧的现代工艺之美。

The external wall facades are mainly made of stone and glass, with aluminum composite plates for partial decorative components. The design of the facade features in the integrity of the building shape and fine adjustment in different scales, in particular, the consideration on local glass texture and the change of the lattice of the stone curtain wall reflect the beauty of elegant and exquisite modern technology.

犹如雕塑家能从毛石中打造惊艳的美丽，本案的设计以简洁的形体穿插、折转、切分、虚实对比以及抽象处理反映了雕塑家打造作品的过程，再通过肌理的变化与多层次景观穿插彰显出建筑独有的内涵。

Just as a sculptor can create stunning beauty from free stone, the design of the Park reflects the process of asculptor with simple alternation and torsion of forms, folding, cutting and virtual-real contrast as well as abstraction, which highlights the unique architectural connotation through the texture changes and form alternation.
