As we continue to invest in our practice in the Greater China region, we are expanding in size and scope of our work. To accommodate this growth, the Gensler Shanghai office is relocating to the newly-opened One Museum Place.

随着在大中华区加大运营投入，我们不断扩大业务规模和范围。为了容纳快速壮大的团队，Gensler上海办公室现已迁至最新投入使用的毗邻上海自然博物馆的博华广场。

One Museum Place, located next to the New Natural History Museum and Shanghai Sculpture Park, is a Gensler-designed addition to the Jing’An skyline. It is also a culmination of an exciting design journey shared with Hines, the building owner and Gensler design client. This building is driven by Hines’ vision of a world-class grade A office building that delivers exceptional ecological performance, and naturally integrates with Jing’An as a district, including the Natural History Museum, the iconic Sculpture Park, and the transportation network, and also provides food & beverage and other lifestyle amenities in a 25, 000 square meter retail podium. Together, we have been able to re-envision and co-create a building of exceptional quality, efficiency, while creating an iconic addition to the Shanghai skyline.

与新建的上海自然博物馆和静安雕塑公园为邻，由Gensler设计的博华广场，是静安区的又一个地标建筑。这也是我们与客户——美国汉斯集团（博华广场的业主）共享奇妙设计之旅所碰撞出来的火花。汉斯公司秉承可持续发展理念打造优质生态环境的甲级办公楼，与整个静安区包括上海自然博物馆、地标性的静安雕塑公园以及公共交通网络，完美地融为一体，凭借25,000平方米的商业裙房优势，提供餐饮和高品质商业及生活设施。以此，我们和汉斯公司携手打造了这个优质高效的、能代表大上海的又一座标志性建筑。

Designed as an expression of Shanghai as a site of constant interweaving of tradition and modernity, the tower emphasizes efficiency, sustainability, and ecological responsibility that enhances the built environment. As the designer of the building, Gensler was very excited to be the first office tenant within this new iconic project, joining major financial, media, and investment firms in the building. 

作为体现上海传统与现代化不断交织融合的设计作品，该建筑突显高效、可持续性发展和生态平衡理念，并且提升了整体的氛围。Gensler非常荣幸，不仅是该地标建筑的设计者，同时也是第一批入驻的办公租户。

Integrating directly Natural History Museum Station of  Subway Line 13 , the office and retail/food & beverage facilities  will be the center of the Museum Place Area, integrating with the nearby park and museum, making this a truly “live, work, play” project. Given the multiple favorable elements of this location and project, Gensler was all too happy to join the first wave of leasing for office space as quickly as possible.
